been saying this for some time man, the nature of our 1.3s lend themselves so well as an intro platform to performance motoring as they can be relatively easily insured by young drivers and are not too hard on the pockets, which is why our demographic is unlikely to ever change a massive amount and we'll never really have the financial resources of some of the other clubs like SXOC or the Scoob guys - to own and run those cars u would need typically (before Rubix shouts at me, i say again, typically) deeper pockets, and those that can afford such things can afford to cover large hired industrial marquee set-ups such as we witnessed at JAE this year, its just the nature of the beast that is finance. i have absolutely no doubt tho that we can continue to grow and develop to the best of our abilities, we are a resourceful bunch as has been proven many times, and i think with Rob and Amy at the helm and yourself helping out John that the UKSC presence at JAE is only ever going to get bigger and better.
