At a guess,average hourly rate is around £40-£60.Roughly an hour a side,may be more or less.Hope you got some locking nuts for the wheels,else you may find your motor up on some nice red bricks one morning!

Might be the actuator is knackered too,if that sticks open turbo will still spool up but car won't have any power so will be slower! Try a different dump valve if you can.

Wind your window up! That'll stop the whistle! I can't see how you have a boost leak if it's still reading normal on the gauge?Is the gauge the one on the instrument panel or aftermarket? But then you say it drives like a 1.3? Try all the hoses and pipes around the dump valve/turbo.Either that or the dump valve is knackered!

Any chance of getting some little ones made for the outside of the windows? I've got tints on at the mo so the inside ones wont show on mine.

Grade 4 and above are the best tou can buy,but some may advertise as grade 4 and it's not! If it looks tidy drives well,remember to get the engine fully warmed up,then it's probably a good buy.Take someone who knows cars well or failing that use the AA or RAC to do a check on it money worth spending! Never trust a seller! If possible buy from an enthusiast rather than a garge.
