I was just like to say thanks to everyone who helped me with my motor today especially David and Liam. My car put out 140.1bhp at 0.5bar on standard CT9. It turned out to be the PCV valve that was causing the smoke after we turned the boost up to .65, then we fitted a new one and she ran perfectly on the way home with no smoke, boosting like the slag she is. So thanks once again to the MM guys and the UKSC lads. Going to go back to MM soon hopefully to get a re run ;) .

Im not saying its worth going to court but its worth fighting it some sort of way by something like asking for proof which easily gets lost with the police all the time which could let him off the hook completely... Even if the date was written down wrong could get him off the hook so IMO its always worth having a go unless you have money to throw away.

Erm Ollie have you never tried to get your way out of things? Obviously your in the wrong but I would still try and do whatever you can to ease the load on points and fine you will recieve.
