Would add i have a zisco inlet. which i taken off to inspect although rough it doesnt appear to have any holes or defects causimg a leak.

Right guys ive had very little or no assist from my brake servo since the re shell. Ive checked braking system all fine. Checked hoses around inlet nine are cracked. So this weekend i tested the vaccum. Reading was 15 (mercury) on my carb sync kit. My daily is 20. When take the hose off and put thumb over it, you feel very weak suction. Daily civic is sucking like a hoover.. What is the stock reading for vaccum for a 4efte?

There flat out mate. Would like to find this vaccum problem asap

If plugs are dry. Then fuel is the issue. Timing,spark,fuel are needed to run mate. So check which 1 you havent got

Tdi mapping it? Yes mate. Idled fine. But tried to pull away and judderd then died. Before that on track it missfired as hit boost..

Dean by chance brake 1 way valve got one?

One other thing nick. The one way valve may be giving up..

I have ferodo ds2500 and have same issue. Its like the servo isnt creating the extra assist as it were.

You got issue as me bud. Bad news my fueling issue meant i broke down after my track session today.. suspected lift pump fail. Back on topic. I changed my master cylinder and servo and 1 way valve to one that was working on a previous starlet and made minimal difference.

Im more thinking of it on a switch will. So turn it on in town but motorways and track leave it off.

Has anyone done this? Any useful tips? Where and what pump was used? Really want to do this over summer..
