Update after loong time! As some of you may know, i sold the car a while back, but i now bought it back of the matey i sold it too. Today i been busy with tidying it up and i also made a Filter relocation kit myself using the existing tubing. I allways wanted a filter relocation kit but i had a look online and thought its piss to just make it yourself using the existing tube and the tube is big aswell which means lots of air can travel in it. Also removed the TMIC bracket which was still on it for no reason, removed the rear tow eye succesfully and tidied up the exhaust and sprayed it silver because it was rusty previous owner never cleaned the tip properly so rust was building up now. I would have carried on but i had to go to work so had to leave it at that. I think total weight i saved today might be around 5kg! I'll have a look again tomorrow and see what else needs to be done. There are lots of loose wires in the engine bay that are mostly unplugged due to no air con but has all the loom there so i was following the guide on TGTT to remove all the bullshit. but hadn't enough time. Any way pics of the filter in its new location.

I don't know about the fuel pressure, but its running rich! I was joking about the interior buy fair enough lol. i will try the fuel filter.

Yh, i though it was the interior man. Would it affect anythin else on the car resetting the ECU? It has Walbro pump, and sard FPR which also might make it run rich?

how would i reset the ecu? remove the negative terminal for 10 mins?

the wheels on atm are massive and i don't really like them, they are going to be up for sale tomorrow. I know what you mean by getting used to the power, but surely it should still be doing wheel spins? But that might be due to larger tyres and more traction? or less power. i dunno, i'm going to see what plugs he used for the car, i think he put normal shitty plugs in there. I would like to drive the car and see if it is still boosting at 1.1 bar which i had set it to. but i'm not insured so that will have to wait. It is running extremely rich, can smell fuel as soon as you start it.

When i first got my glanza it was fast and spinned wheels in 1/2/3 and 4th aswell on some occasions. Now it just doesn't feel as fast and doesn't spin the wheels. It feels slower to me and to my bro, i haven't driven it much but my bro has driven and he said it is deffo slow now. I just recently bought of the guy who i sold it to. Before the car was stripped, now it is not stripped it has full interior in. Also the car is running 215/40/16 which is massive, could this be slowing it down? And the whole time he has owned it he has been using regular fuel despite me telling him not to. The idle wasn't stable when we got it but that soom got fixed when we used V power. But it still feels slow i think this is mainly due to the massive tyres. but the car has a fair bit of millege aswell, like 190km. I will be doing a full rebuild and aiming for over 300hp in the cmoing years lol.

WOULD GIVE REP IF IT HAD OPTION MAN The garage confirmed today (once we took it back to them and told them where the problem is), the alternator is what keeps bringging them lights up. Now all i got to do is get a new alternator for the diesel starlet from toyota, then start looking at where to get the glanza resprayed. Thanks allot guys edit Would the diesel starlet share same alternator, if yes thats amazing news
