Had to spin it opposite way, then it span the way i wanted it so it can go lower. Did you try spinning it the opposite way? All it is, is shit stuck in the threads. You need to clean it as much as you can, let the WD-40 do its job where you can't reach. then try again.

"Heavy Duty Cleaner" It is the best cleaning agent i have came across. Its not for cars but i used it and it was awesome. If this doesn't take it off, that means u have to use elbow grease. Only problem is its hard to come by in normal shops unless you guys know someone. Its exactly this bottle
