  4. how old are the bc's top bearings? nothings catching with it beeing low? brake disc back plate when bearings got weight load on it? stone in caliper?
  5. any signs of fluid from master clyinder on bulk head or inside basically check all the hydralic system and if its not that then time to have box out mate and see whats lurking
  6. thats a big air leak to not cut out when covered, id have the manifold off on abench and block off everything that isnt used to double make sure bud, i kow my old setup a bolt was put in the hole for iacv i might have a valve one in garage if u want it? also if its unpluged will it defult to shut? havent messed around with these alot recently so may be barking up worng tree

  13. around that area is reverse light switch directly on top of gear box numerous water temp sensors on thermostat housing is bottom hose goes on there oil pressure switch is on the part of the loom front behind downpipe the gear box looks to be plugged in but the green on looks to be water temp maybe the one facing bulk head on thermo hosuing hope this helps

  18. i find the build great too, the beers in the garage on late nights, spending 3 years most of them looking underneath a '94 toyota, meeting new people and then reaching a goal or finding it isnt possible... spending hours or days trawling forum for info breaking is the only way to regain money from it and moving onwards and upwards driving the car is 20% for me owning and building is the other 80% splashing the cash, anticipating arrival of parts or nail biting waiting for a dyno result its the greater percentage that makes a ownership for me and the breaking is only the start of the next...

  20. theres only fuel and spark and cranking that immobilisers stop they cant control anything else, if theyre present its something else

  24. rebuilding the 5e and just wondering? is it aa general thing to get rods balanced within spec of each other too?
