The roads round here suddenly went like that this week, the seafront road looks like the USAF cluster bombed it at the weekend!

Rally Design are Wilwoods main European distributor, they are the guys to talk to if Dave doesn't have spares.

I find having the TV on knocks me out - sucks if I don't manage to turn it off before I pass ou though!!!

I'm afraid not. Although I can get discs that size I can't fit the caliper that "low" as it touches the hub... What have you got in mind? We can probably do 262.5mm.... C'mon people! Enzo, have you fitted yours yet?

c'mon, get those new photos over here! -
Take the stainless pad clips off the carrier if the pads are not 100% free to move, chip the rust off from under them and put it all back.

Toyota handbrake cables are a nightmare, if they are not mint then new ones make soooo much difference!
-
I had some a few years ago, and ditched them for three reasons: - The pistons were so big they wouldn't work with any car I work with. - They are monumentally heavy! - There are no performance pads available for them. Can't find the bolt mounting measurment, got it somewhere...

As far as I know it's got the same goodies - in fact the TDi can be a real threat head-to-head to the 20vT even if both are tuned due to the totally rediculous torque the TDi can make!

My lil brother had one of these! Stongest point was the active torque split diff and stability control (has access to the brakes) which means you can take rounabouts faster and at more throttle than anything I've ever been in. If you start understeering the bloody thing moves the torque about at the front and "fiddes" one or more rear brakes to get the back moving round!!!! Feels soooooo wrong! He put it on the rollers and found it made 175bhp......previous owners must have remapped it on the sly, pissed off the BMW 325i lads he'd gone there with. I was looking at doing a brake upgrade for

Looking really good, like a lot!!! Have you seen the 3SGTE AE101 in this month's Banzai? Has WMS and Woodsport goodness fitted, blus carbon goodies, all grist for the inspiration mill... -
If you find out the confirmed offset of the ones Jamesbaa had, then add the 10mm spacers (by subtracting 10 from the ET## number) you'll get an offset to look for on this wheel that should(?) fit. However if it's more than a few mm different from the standard EP wheel offsets it will affect the handling. Hope that helps, as I mentioned before our 277mm (failing that 275mm) kits should fit without all the agro.

No one else saw it other than me (who became totally confused) and you, wish I'd quoted it now! Everyone probably thinks I've lost the plot...

WTF!!!!! Ok, I just replied to Sparky and his post has vanished - Geoooooo!!!!! EDIT - Hang on, you mean you just deleted your "where's my post gone" post! Argh!!!!!!!

Not me I don't think (hope not)? With great trader status comes buttons of great responsability, I'm always worried I'll hit the wrong one!!!

Chuck a GTi-6 lump in it an use it for trackdays! ;)

I do but it's really hard to remember who I've been talking to about which kit for which car etc etc etc by phone so I try to keep it all to PM/emails to avoid confusion. PM sent! ;)

Alloys with any "dish" or lip are a nightmare for fitting brakes, makes more difference than offset in many cases! Or buy a kit that fits in the first place, the WMS 277x25 kit should fit under most 15's, and failing that there's another 3mm of spoke clearance available with the 275x22 size.... ;) The trouble with changing the wheel offset from factory standard is it messes up the handling, tends to induce torque-steer and squirming under braking.
-
That's right, a month or so for the production T30x 295mm kits. ;) If you're really keen to get the tightest fit in your wheels I could turn the 295mm disc down a few mm to get the biggest brakes possible in your particular wheel (simple bracket design though) to fit either the T20 or T30x? One-off kit, but I'd need to borrow your wheel and the brackets will be a bit more expensive!
-
It depends a lot on the wheel! Some 15's can take 300-310mm 4-pot kits. Here's how tight 275mm is inside a 15" Speedline:

Not going to wait for the 295mm / T30x setup then? ;)

Have you tried the WMS PDFs out of interest? 4P107 - Normal 275x22 size kit with best wheel clearance (printable clearance test profile: 275x22 kit PDF ) 4P109 - Heavy duty 277x25 size kit with more thermal mass (printable clearance test profile: 277x25 kit PDF )
