    yeah thats uneven paint coverage mate, you need to keep the canthe same distance away from the panel all the time, if you get close to it then further away you will get the streaky finish also what aresole you using? some cheap cans dont give good enough coverage

    sounds like you have poor paint coverage mate and the streaky bits are drypaint, there isnt enough paint in those places
