  1. Not much progress on this, can't seem to get the timing right! Going to buy a new belt tensioner as I believe the belt is slipping. But won't be doing this till I'm back from Australia in July! Little update though, this turned up from WallaceGlanza and I will be getting it sprayed and fitted when I'm back Needs a little bit of tweaking to fit round my Intercooler!
  2. Lovely Bike mate! Enjoy!
  3. Anyone coming to Bodypower? Make sure you check out the Physiq Apparel stand ;)
  4. I've got the same issue too. ID Workz sell the sensor!
  5. If you go Kavos stay at Island Beach! Book flight and hotel separately, will work out cheaper!
  6. When I removed the belt I lined everything up, 4efte on cam pulley and crank to marks on oil pump. I also checked the cam shaft marks to make sure the dots where aligned. I'm going to strip it all down tomorrow and take another look
  7. New cambelt, water pump, oil pump

    Help please!

Changed my coolant sensor now and the cars still running bad. Can only think the timing is majorly out. When you touch the throttle nothing really happens! Any idea's? https://vimeo.com/125990466
  9. Good progress as always! Can't wait to see this thing!
  10. The AD08's you had on the glanza when i bought it where the bollocks!
  11. That's the one! Ok buddy, i'll take a look! Thank you!
  12. If you have one spare, please PM me
  13. She's back down on all 4 wheels now which is a point in the right direction! Had some trouble starting her, turned out the coolant sensor was loose! Managed to get her started but she isn't running perfectly, FPR was leaking pretty badly so I've sorted that and will attempt to get her going again this evening! Fingers crossed!
  14. Did the ECU fault check and it brought up code 22 and turned out the coolant sensor wasn't connected fully
  15. Problem solved! But now onto the next! Engine starts but when you add throttle nothing happens. Had a little leak from FPR so will sort that tomorrow and try again!
  16. Checked the engine was earth correctly with a multimeter and it's fine. So that rules out a bad earth
  17. 2.4bar is standard fuel pressure. Just set your FPR to that until your mapped.
  18. Yeah its a right pain in the bum! I'll trace everything back next weekend and fingers crossed find the problem!
  19. I'll swap earth position this evening. But its earthed exactly the same as when the old engine was fitted. Even if the timing was out, it wouldn't stop the injectors from firing would it?
  20. This is where it earths on the inlet off the injector loom. http://postimg.org/image/5agfe65nr/ Maybe i'll try move it to the alternator bracket.
  21. Glad someone saved this car! i went to view it and it was a right state! Should look top notch after a re-spray!
  22. It earths to the inlet though right? I cleaned up all the earth points but still no luck. Just don't understand why it was fine when i fitted the knackered forged engine and know its being funny!
  23. I just can see it being anything major, everything worked fine a few months ago. Must be an electrical fault but unsure what's causing it
  24. Injectors are getting no pulse. What would cause this? I not long ago started another engine I had in the car briefly so I know injectors are not faulty nor is the ECU
