He has a point when I was doing my training other apprentices said about a an accident that happened in the steel mill they're from, a billet bar jammed in a machine it shot out and went through someone's head, the heat fused the wounds and he survived he lost a lot of things sight etc. but it physically went through his head and out the otherside, thamesteel was the factory for anyone interested.

  6. Safe option is run under fuel cut and run 2.4bar or standard fpr, the map sensor should correct the fuelling itself then. If you don't want to mess about with your fpr settings put the standard back on until emb time joe

  8. Looks like the new engines on hold for a while as I think I'll be doing a headgasket on my stock 4e. But got a couple of bits coming over the next few weeks, anyways this is the foundation of the new engine...
  9. Nope bro, new not guidelines state removal of things like air bags and abs seatbelts etc are perfectly legal, aslong as you use the correct things like harness's and stoof.

  13. I have a td05 in excellent condition it's rotated and ready to use, it's a td05h16g so not the worst for lag, comes in hard. Just wondered if anyone would be up for a swap or something while I put my new manifold kit on. Fancey a change again lol.

  15. Let the leg scorching commence. Door cards I'd trim with suede or something done it with another car I used to have done the pillar plastics and stuff got it from dunelm mill or what ever it's called lol
  16. Also if your a bar under joe your around 2.4b meaning you need to boostunder fuel cut to avoid running lean 0.7/0.8 ish I think sits under fuel cut
  17. SARD c2 38mm I think you'll find it's 4 bolt rather than 2 bolt oval flange. Lovely wastegates used to have one myself
  18. You are correct jayc should be drivers side because it's not aimed into the path and into pedestrians LOL I hope you spit some flames out that baby scorch some legs!
  19. When it says £880 buy it now its usually to buy the entire quantity of say 100 so if you buy one unit it's priced at £8.80 it does it on eBay mobile all the time. I may be wrong but I'm sure that's the case
