  1. I read that he also used td04 internals ct12 I think or 20? Exhaust housing tf035 comp housing and it was known as the td12 iirc.
  2. That's what I thought it was in all honesty it was all very well made wastegate recirculated into downpipe it was a lovely manifold. Look like the SARD ones on rhd Japan although they're all stainless
  3. I'm not exactley sure who it was made by, looks like some of the ones listed on rhd Japan it came on the car but I think previous owner thought it was custom. It was built very well anyhow I'll show you a picture...
  4. I said that until mine cracked and cost me £500 worth of turbo, fragments were sucked in and completely blocked the turbo
  5. I have a rotor to hand, so I'll probably end up changing that but for time being I'll give them a good old clean up and try and get some bloody fuel in it and try it again, I will change the plugs when I can get over to my garage along with rotor hmm I don't feel this is the root of my troubles I was expecting it to look worse but it may just be ba contacts I'll hope and pray lol.
  6. I have had a look I found corrosion to all 4 tips and slight indents, the king lead came out and some white dust was in there as if that has some slight corrosion. The contact on the rotor shew some corrosion and the plastic itself has a crack, anyhow I'll upload some pics. The picture of the rotor arm is after I gave it a little whipe. Could these be at fault? Gould I be replacing or cleaning them? I have another rotor arm from a head I stripped so could pop that on. Pics will be up in a moment!
  7. I had a nice k24 manifold which I didn't wrap, it rained Ono went through a puddle and the water went all over my manifold and caused it to crack lol I think wrappings better imo
  8. Well he's text me today to say it runs off rad pressure, I don't know the bloody thing ran out of petrol while we were looking over it last night damn
  9. Pm me if you get rid of the wheels
  10. I was looking at these the other day thinking there cheap but didn't think they had a starlet kit. Jperformance gear seems to be good quality usually I have a rad catch can and exhaust system
  11. Another thing, when it was tested the rubber bulb wasn't used to draw air in, the car was running for around 4-5 mins with the tester on it. Now I asked about the rubber bulb and my mate said he's never been taught to use one at work, I've had a little google and I have seen other people saying you can just let the gasses pressurise the block tester rather than drawing it through but I just want to check is the way the test was carried out correct, before I cross head gasket out of my mind. Cheers
  12. So sniff test said not head gasket, I'll be trying a thermo and water temp sensor and plugs that I have laying about, I think possibly a coil/dizzy/igniter maybe a good thing to try, any other suggestions of things I need to do? I doubt it's leads as they're pretty new, and king leads under 3 months old.
  13. The orange SVA imports Evo is someone who lives down this ways' not been a fan of fast and furious really, too boy racer for me, loved Tokyo drift though!
  14. I know of some one who had one on his forged 5e

    TD04L Turbo

I got one here with welded gate, it's not the 04L it's the top entry, I think the seals need replacing thou
  16. What coilovers were there not the cj ones?
  17. No, looked to have been shaved on a lathe or something but I could be completely wrong, the little end of the one with bent rod and where the crank snapped feels tight but this could have been damaged at the time I don't know if it was seizing up or something that it stressed the crank
  18. I don't think it was oil related either it was a pretty clean snap
  19. I'll upload some in a bit I haven't many good ones I'll take more soon. Strange though 4x good pistons barely even coked up, 3x immaculate pauter rods and one bent. It took off nearly a quarter of the block by fly area
