I agreed with you Matt no need to forge it until looking for a bigger turbo or 250~+ I'm forging mine for reliability, and so I can run a bigger turbo!
-
Been on there site before looking over that Micra a few times lol. They seen real decent my mate is going there for a map and it's very cheap!
-
I need a block, crank, bearing kit, headgasket, some new piston rings, and a replacement rod before the forged engines built lol. But yeah I think the td05 will be pretty mad at higher boost
-
I have forged internals sat here I really don't like ct9's they just feel so smooth and boring lol I like the aggression of a larger turbo. I suppose I've really been looking for a k24 equivalent, I miss that turbo kit a lot!
-
Hmm is it's very similar to ct9 I don't think I'd bother. Better of vf or td04
-
I've been speaking to him about it, also seen two vids on YouTube, saw your comments Amjad haha
-
Yeah mate these look mental, just don't have the money at the moment unfourtunately! Thanks for the reply

Dash how much? -
So I've been running a td05 @ 1 bar for a while now it's pointless so I am thinking about a change I know a td04 is the simple route but I want to have something different to the rest. Can anyone give me any advise? What puts me off is the size difference compared to 04 is the tf going to be completely gutless?

Weren't enzo's based on a bigger turbo?

I had a similar incident recently just had car wrapped in white, crack crack, someones door smacking my quarter the women looked on as if to say oh well. I thought exactley the same! What's the point! But then having a grubby car gets me down!
-
I think anyone who can feel the difference is expiriencing the placebo affect lol. The only thing I see the difference of fuel on is mpg being much better on high octane on the glanza.
-
He's just moved to a different unit iirc so make sure to get the right one lol

Not the first Evo bumpers glanza I've seen Bumpered**

same suspension and wheels as my mate had also I have a picture I'll upload when I find the wire to my camera I have one on my phone but it's not clear I'll try uploading it later anyhow, his offset was 0 though looked like a gokart!
-
LOLLOLLOLLOLLOLLOL Yeah it will put it on sometimes you can clear it and it'll disappear for good
-
My mate ran et0's without touching his arches he had rub when going fast and hit a pothole or something but otherwise perfect
-
Keeping it on is a good idea, allows the tuner to get more precise adjustment on the fuelling.
-
Either that or depending one what dump valve you have or if you have the flange you could have it tig welded on. What ever works for you!

No problems mate! It's daunting at first you'll soon get into the swing of these cars! I'll always help where I can! And Daniel, I don't like brake fluid as much it kinda burns and tastes gank! Petrols pretty strange too aha -
