Long shot but would you be interested in a bov swap for an ssqv it's not one of the newer ones you see, it is genuine, has an insert also. Pm me if you would an provide pics. -
Td04 is easy to get easy and cheap to replace manifolds and decats are always very easy to source and a fair bit cheaper, I did have a k24 kit on my old glanza and it was absolutely amazing and not to mention fairly rare! But when the manifold cracked and the turbo took a chunk of it in sourcing parts was a little hard.

Side exit hole and intercooler pipe hole repair PICS ADDED

I have heared of plastic weld but I am not familiar with this, although I have some filler and a tub of fibreglass here now my friends father has offered to prep the entire bumper ready for spraying for just £30 and he is an impeccable panel beater/sprayer so I am considering this dependent on cash flow -
I didn't expect them to come out half as good as they have, very pleased it's the first personal touch I have added to my Glanza and I'm very pleased with them, nothing else I can/want to do really as it'll become very tacky. I aimed to do the bits which TRD do in carbon affect and nothing else. Centre console was a complete test as I thought it would be a little ott but as I say I'm very pleased with the outcome!

I know! That is my initial plan although money at the moment is tight hoping to be in a new job soon, awaiting test results which determine if I'll have an interview! At the moment I am out of work so I am surviving off of saved money and hoping that my ibiza cupra sells asaaaaaap! -

Try elephant/admiral or perhaps quinn off the top of my head they're really good, also tiger.co.uk is an ok comparison site. -
Where are they fed from melon? cheers

Thanks for the positive replies! Surprised how easy it was my friend had done a bit before he done one of the panels for the window switches then I done the other, then I done the rest. Clocks were really time consuming as I wanted the angled edges to have no wrap took me absolute ages to knife that off! Looks awesome though! Headunit surround took a while but all well worth it, just take your time if you want to try it, use a hairdryer also. Watched an episode of wheeler dealers where they wrap a mini in carbon that gave me the basics. I started at 11 got well into it and finished at 6 is

Seen/heared of issues with running it via pcv. Mines personally matched corofins set up, although had the car nearly a month never seen anything in it - could well have been emptied prior to buying it, but of course there's not meant to be a major amount within it. P.S. Corofin, that bays stunning! Is it yours?
-
Haha cheers mate!

My friend had some carbon wrap left over so I thought i'd give it a go, looks better in flesh but very impressed with my first attempts!

assuming you have the HKS SSQV BOV wind the screw in as tight as it will go, that'll stiffen the spring. Mine stalls and under heavier boost will stall then dump, I have an early SSQV
