Definitely started as soon as I started tweaking fuelling and installed fpr, and yes as far as I know it is rising rate it's a sytec FSE power boost valve and gauge.
-
Standard at the mo'. The carbon/charcoal cannister sits on the fire wall, it filters exhaust gas which vents from the tank black cylindrical thing sits next to fuel filter on ep91 and looks fairly similar
-
Just put my FSE adjustable fpr on and turned on my FCD set it all up in accordance to wideband readings got a 14.7 idle and seems to be fuelling pretty well throughout rev range. Now a few times I went to start the car earlier it cranked a few times before firing, when I got home I switched it off and on and it was perfect. If this problem starts up tommorrow morning, would this be possibly down to losing fuel pressure over time? I've read it could be the fpr failing but I know one bit of hosing felt a little looser than I'd have liked on the return line so perhaps this is releasing the pr

I probably have one of them in my toolbox!

Understandable, thanks mate. I'm going to go tug the bugger out, did you leave the hose on it but 180 it back so it vents under car?
-
Ive read about these being removed some say it's unsafe and will adversely affect what mpg we do get, others say vent pipe to atmosphere pointing under car and remove it. Has anyone got any idea if it is safe or will affect mpg a lot? My old starlet didn't have one, and it looks ugly if I can remove it I'd definitely like to. Cheers

I think what he means is will it fit a ep91 that has an airbag, -yeah it came from my car which had an airbag.

Be careful with paisley, they can be pretty damn shite if your in dire need for it I'd use another courier I just got an exhaust from Lew91 he booked it Monday for Tuesday pick up to cut a long story short all we got until the Monday after was 'our driver ran out of time collection was not made' I spent ages on the phone/emailing/rebooking it for collection as did Lewis. Once TNT got it it from whoever had collected it, it came the following day possibly better trying them. Google paisley freight loads of bad reviews on other forums!

I got the rubber hose somewhere I think, my fee broke its common on these especially if you have a different manifold best fix is to go on race techs part of the forum and there's a groups buy for braided ones which would be much better, they're dirt cheap too!
-
Damn is the turbo timer still up for grabs? - if so could I have it please? If this manifold was available a month ago I'd have brought it that's damn cheap.
