  1. I had a 53 reg Audi S3 Quattro with some OEM extras, absolutely brilliant all round. It was remapped so making around 260 and it was quick! I sold it for £5k, it was gone within 4 days of listing it. I'd seriously recommend one, only thing is they're 3 door. Here's mine: The Leon uses the same engine so if you need 4 doors I'm sure it would be as much fun apart from the handling (thanks to the Quattro system). I had a Cupra TDI and it was an excellent car, nice interior, driving position but I haven't driven a Cupra R so can't comment on performance too much.
  2. Should be reading 14:7 at idle
  3. Good stuff ;)
  4. Hi guys, Has anyone successfully fitted a Whiteline front ARB (either 22 or 24mm) with standard ARB drop links? I am almost certain the Whiteline ARB only fits with ARB drop links, I'd just like some extra confirmation from anyone else who may have tried to fit OEM drop links. Regards, Idrees
  5. As said on Facebook, the amber sidelights look ace.
  6. Welcome along mate!
  7. Very nice parts so far
  8. Mine only beeps when I leave my keys in the ignition. In fact I don't remember my old Glanza or GT beeping if I left the lights on... can't be too sure though.
  9. Very clean, but needs an OEM style front lip!
  10. I've said this before and I'll say it again - you won't regret it.
  11. Welcome to UKSC, enjoy the site!
  12. My brothers NA has done 131k, still runs well. My Glanza is low miler too, had done 67k kms when I bought it two years ago. I converted it to miles before putting it back on the road and it's covered 69k all in, I rarely drive it even though it's on the road.
  13. I've always liked these and yours looks a great example! Good luck with it Joel
  14. Welcome along
  15. Very nice! Get that front bumper meshed to tidy it up a little
  16. Looks a million times better mate!

    Gym!

Tuna sandwiches are nice with a bit of extra light mayo and salad. Plain tuna is awful IMO, but is good for you. Chicken with boiled rice is one of my favourites, but I try to have more chicken than the rice as I try to keep my carb intake relatively low. Boiled egg in toast is one of my favourites too.

    Gym!

I train 3 times a week and box once a week. Im not aiming to bulk up as I'm happy with my size, but I need to shred some fat. I try to jog as much as I can although I do spend most of my time with the weights. I use whey protein, just once after every session. I tried Maximuscle Cyclone, it really does help in the gym but it contains creating, I'm not keen on using that.
  19. £600 sounds reasonable if you can find a buyer, as you can pick up EP91 NAs for £500ish now
  20. No, completely different plug fitment.
  21. Simple vacuum from the manifold to the boost sensor box, with the little filter in between them. I did the same as Shaun and bolted it to the firewall.
  22. The car is literally complete now so it's the end of an era. Who knows though, maybe nobody will buy it so I may end up keeping it! It will be advertised for sale though.
  23. It won't be featured straight away, maybe in the March or April issue. I think it's time to take it back off the road now, as it's more of a headache to drive than it is a pleasure. The following needs doing: Replace alternator Replace PS pump, bracket & fit another new belt Fit new OSF wheel bearing Fix oil leak Find out why the car smells of fuel inside so badly LSD gearbox (if I can source one at a good price) Once all that lot is sorted, the chances are she will be officially up for sale.
  24. Welcome along mate! It will be more expensive to insure a turbo converted UK spec than an imported Starlet GT/Glanza in most cases, so make sure you get some quotes first!
  25. I like where you're going with this, I love how the OEM splitter makes the whole look so many miles better.
