  1. Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. My birthday is the day before and I've got lectures all day so I'll see if the mrs has anything planned for Saturday.
  2. Very very very tempted. I just don't know if it's a good idea with exams the week after.
  3. I'm sure they are universal. You will need to hard wire it in, or have it fitted by someone else.
  4. I've always loved this colour for the EP82, bad timing for me though
  5. I want it! I could make that look aaaamazing! Too busy for it though and I'd have no use for it
  6. Yes mate same fitment as long as it's a 4E, we can supply all types of bearings so send us a PM or email sales@id-workz.co.uk with your requirements.
  7. We can supply OEM Toyota pistons rings for less than £100. £65 isn't bad though, worth a try if they have them readily available. I opted for OEM Toyota over the ones Drakes Engineering recommended when building my 5E though (just for complete peace of mind).
  8. Ha, nice one! People with Wifi passwords are just greedy..
  9. The car is fairly local to me (next town), I almost bought it last summer. I went to view it, took it for a drive etc and the turbo was a bit smokey. It pulled well though, and felt fairly nippy for a CT9. It does need work though and you can see that the front end had been hit. He wanted £1400 for it but I decided to give it a miss.
  10. Very nice pics guys! Sorry to disappoint John but mine came out rubbish, my brother may have more though. Nice mix of Livesports, Cruise and Varis going on!
  11. I got mine from WEPR, ID-Workz is a UK Dealer for them now so I can find out if we can get one for you. Why not go for the full kit including manifold/downpipe?
  12. Depends on the turbo mate, my current IHI TD05 is the same as above but my old Mitsubishi TD05 was 3 bolt, same as most TD04 turbos.
  13. A cracked manifold is unlikely to cause vibrations IMO. What engine mounts are you using and what's the condition of them?
  14. It's a very sad day for UKSC
  15. "Iddy showed up" - that's a very rare thing to say when it comes to meets and shows Looking forward to more pics, I'll add a few too.
  16. Welcome back mate, give me a shout if you need any parts!
  17. I'll be there but I'll be late as I've got lots to do, hopefully I'll show up for 12-1ish.
  18. Awesome results mate!
  19. Very very nice!!
  20. Welcome along dude. I've owned a few Honda's in my time and you won't regret the move with a tuned Starlet.
  21. I'd love to come but purposely didn't put my name on the list as it's near to exam time. If it was closer (up to 100 miles) I may have come but can't justify a whole day trip (190 miles) at this time of the year.
  22. Looks awesome, just needs some 15" wheels
  23. Cheers folks! Yes Luke that badly annoys me too, I couldn't repair it before because the weather was too cold to paint in, I'll get on to it soon now that the weathers alright.
  24. Cheers Jag! It's been a while since I updated this! Firstly, here is a sneak preview in Japanese Performance. She has a full feature (5 page), get the magazine bought to read the article! This weekend it was time to fire the car up and get some work done, the last time I drove it was around 4 weeks ago. I should have washed her before parking her up as it took me ages to wash all the muck due to it being stuck on! Here she is looking filthy.. I had the car on stands to fit the original engine splash guards, sort a small oil leak, and I checked all the nuts and bolts were tight while I was under there. It's common to strip the rear seats out of your Starlet as a first modification, well it worked the other way for me - it's one of the last mods! They weren't needed as I don't allow anyone to sit in the back anyway. Before: After: The next day I gave her a thorough wash, and she was even lucky enough to have a coat of wax! I will be doing this more frequently now though. The weather was beautiful on Sunday so after cleaning her, I went for a nice spirited drive up in the country side. This was just to get to know the car again, the last time I drove it properly was at Japfest 2 and even then I had overheating issues. i had the most fun I've ever had with her this weekend! Here's some picture taken when the sun was out, I've tried to show the pearl colour but the camera doesn't do it justice. Then on Monday Andrew Biddle from Banzai magazine turned up bright and early for a photoshoot. After some wondering around we settled for a location we found locally and he got started while I walked around kicking stones and feeling cold! Here's some pictures I took while we were there.
