ozzey89 bought it I'm sure? From what I believe he lost faith after Tuning Developments took ages on his car, not sure what he was having done. So he went and bought an EG Civic, not sure what he's done with the Glanza but I could ask him.

They are Zep/Recaro rails. Took me a while to find them and cost around £300 (used) iirc.

I have Recaro specific EP91 rails, they have a handle under the seat at the front similar to the stock seats.

I think a full tank will get around 250 miles if you take it easy.

I'm afraid Gary's internals are now sat in the back of my Glanza waiting to be fitted I'd have offered to lend Craig the rings but my exams finish in 2-3 weeks and that's when I'll be building it. I think he should buy a set of 75s, then sell the 74.5s when they are available. That's if Craig is desperate enough to do that though.

I taped my camera on to the sun visor, left it folded up when passing the scrutineers then pulled the visor down as soon as I got on track! The video turned out pretty good too.

When running a brand new forged engine there are likely to be a few small metal particles/shavings etc (hence some people removing the sump after 100 miles or so during running in process). You don't want any of those tiny bits getting stuck in the oil cooler pipes or the cooler itself, besides I'm sure you won't be driving under conditions that really require an oil cooler?

Fit the oil cooler after bedding in the engine

As mentioned on FB, restrict the air intake and it'll help cure the creep. If you can find a piece of foam, cable tie that over the filter. Or re-fit the original turbo intake pipe?

Lee these won't fit Glanza, only UK specs mate The Glanza S bonnets are definitely being made soon, they are #5 on the list of parts waiting to be moulded so that means around 5 weeks til they're available buddy

Easy. If 5 people want the Cruise vent or the Gi bonnet bulge on the bonnet then we can do it. It would have to be one of the other though, and you'd all have to decide together!

Hi guys If there is enough interest (at least 5) we can have lightweight FRP bonnets made for the UK spec EP91. We have a bonnet available here that we could mould from. Typical weight saving over an original bonnet is 50%, price for 5 would be £195 including delivery. We would require a £50 deposit up front and the rest of the payment when the mould is complete (7-10 days after receiving all deposits).
