  1. Welcome along buddy.
  2. Mine was 35mm iirc but not sure what type of FMIC you have? Some Jperformance ones have the BOV on the hot pipe, mine is on the cold pipe. This is the one I bought: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Silicone-Straight-Reducer-Hose-35mm-19mm-Silicone-Reducing-Coolant-Hose-Roose-/250973923575?pt=UK_Motorcycle_Parts&hash=item3a6f3628f7#ht_2513wt_1037
  3. Silly Starlet I was helping at my dads shop last night doing pizza deliveries in a Micra and it didn't get stuck on the smallest of streets!
  4. Great work on this, looks like a very clean example.
  5. Nice, what WHP? My mate had his B18 Civic dyno'd at TDI North and it was around 20bhp over. The engine was stock with breathing mods and it made 216bhp, was more like 190-200 in real
  6. Kick the bucket? What's this about?
  7. The engines are hard to get hold of in good conditon. I've got one here in excellent condition and have it advertised for £750 (with all ancillaries)
  8. I fitted the Emanage a few days ago, I was going to drop it off at TD last night but Nick hasn't get got back to me so I spent last night setting the car up at 0.6 bar instead. I'll just enjoy it at this power and I'll get it mapped while I wait whenever I can get booked in, will be a few weeks though. I like how the original headlights look, the surrounds are dark enough for me. The wire tuck is far from easy, my mate is an electrical genius and he is the only reason the tuck was successful. I'd never attempt to do it myself. Cheers by the way, appreciate it. So, the E-manage is fitted, oil & filter changed and the boost controller is fully set up at 0.6 bar. Today my replacement boost gauge arrived from R-Spec as the one I purchased before was faulty, braided hoses for the catch can have also arrived so hopefully I'll have these parts fitted today. I've also got some ID-Workz stickers from Josh (Stick2it) so I'll have those fitted before the feature too. Other than that, the bonnet needs meshing and painting on the inner side then it's ready for the photoshoot this week. I must do something about the centre console too.. can't find my dremel anywhere though. More pictures soon!
  9. Remember to gap them properly, you can get a feeler gauge off eBay for a couple of quid if you don't already have one.
  10. As above. Don't bother spending £30 off on Iridiums etc. NGK-Rs are good enough and cost around £10.
  11. Measure the size of it if you're not too sure. I used AN-8 on my cam cover.

    EMB Fitting

It's come off a Starlet so didn't need to reset them. I've sorted it, where it said intercept wires I did it wrong. will get it soldered in now.
  13. Very nice purchase. Lexus looked awful, please don't make the Glanza look like that.
  14. What size are the fittings? I'm guessing they are AN-8. You can buy the hose off eBay. These guys are great for braided fittings etc, here's a link to their AN-8 hose: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/8-AN8-AN08-Stainless-Steel-Braided-Fuel-Hose-1-m-/160399505524?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item25588e3874#ht_735wt_1037

Now fitted using Wallace's guide as below but the car won't start when the Emanage is plugged in. Any ideas what to check?

    EMB Fitting

Hi guys When I fitted my old EMU, I found a emanage wiring diagram showing exactly what wires need to be connected to work on the Glanza. I've been looking for another diagram like this for emanage blue but can't find anything. Any help would be appreciated! Cheers
  17. Just over a week til the Jap Performance photoshoot and still a fair amount to do. I set up a vacuum to the wastegate today so she was boosting .45 bar... until she developed a boost leak somewhere. So I need to start driving the Clio and park the Glanza up, I'm going to forget about mapping her for the time being. I think it's too soon for that, she isn't 100% yet. The fan belts are squeaking like crazy again so I've started to hate driving it, best bet is to leave the car parked when it comes to times like this! Other than that, I'm waiting on some braided hose so I can finally set up the catch can and a new centre cap as one went missing. I might have the screamer pipe welded to go back in to the exhaust too, just depends how it sounds on high boost. The sound isn't 'all that' on low boost imo.
  18. She looks awesome, get that front end painted up asap though
  19. As above. it's off my 5EFHE.
  20. Sorry to hear this Si, it's a small set back for such an epic car though. Keep the faith!
  21. Welcome along, I believe that's Bildo's old car? Awesome example if so.
  22. Cheers mate, days of effort have gone in to that!
  23. Why would I delete it bro, that looks so much better!!
  24. I didn't order them online, I got them from my local motor factors. I'll get the part numbers as I kept the packacing as I knew it would come in handy one day.
