You said you haven't fitted front poly bushes, have you inspected the original rubber bushes? Did you use a bar to check for play in the lower arm itself? A worn bush can cause a knocking too.
-
I edited your post to try and make your pictures show but it went all weird. Copy the links over from Photobucket and they will then show on here. Welcome along

If you fit the GT arm on it will be fine, the bush size doesn't affect the fitting to the car. If you don't want to pay for alignment again, use paint to mark to mark the exact location of the current lower arm and try your best to fit the new one in the exact same place. It won't be perfect, and ideally will need aligning again, but it's better than just slapping it on.

I doubt it, but it may be worth a try.

I tried 14s on my old SR (some JDM wheels) and they didn't fit with Levin twin pots. There wasn't enough room for the clipper to squeeze in. Spacers wouldn't have helped either.
-
Its an EP91 Livesports spoiler, yeah the wheels do look ace but I have no idea what they are.
-
You will need longer studs. The spacer fits between the disc and the hub, and you'd be lucky to get 3 turns of the wheel nut without longer studs. I'm not sure which set up fits behind 14s though.
-
Did you inspect the ball joints? You can fit the GT wishbone without a problem but if you ever decide to poly bush the front wishbone bushes, you'll have to buy two different size bushes!
-
I have an EP91 one. What side?
-
The wings in black actually look good, I like it just how it is tbh. Maybe remove the stickers off the bump strips and that's about it.
-
How cool does this look? I will try Tom's EP82 skirts on at EP91 to see how they fit!
-
The front bush, not the rear ALK bush. Why does the wishbone need changing?
-
Such a shame any pictures of it complete/as one piece?
-
Yes, the bush size may be different so measure them before ordering new bushes, but yes they would fit.
-
Smooth it like the 1st and 3rd pic and paint it black, then have it colour coded when you can afford to ;)
-
PM'd you Dale. The mould is now made so get your Gi bonnet ordered ;) the original Toyota bonnet weighs 11.7kg and the ID-Workz FRP version weights 6kg. Almost 50% weight saving. Regards Idrees

Bumping this up, if a couple more are interested we will get the ball rolling. For reference. An original Starlet Gi bonnet weighs 11.7kg, and an ID-Workz FRP version weighs 6kg. So there will be a similar weight saving on these. Regards Idrees

GB: ID-Workz Pillow ball shifter bushes (Taking payments)

The order will be placed once the remaining members have paid (atleast the majority of them). They are coming from Japan (same company that supplies these bushes to ZEP!) so they'll take a couple of weeks to arrive.
