I'll get it off on the weekend and get more pictures up. It has one small dent at the front section but other than that it's fine. -
Chances are you've warped the block by doing that I'm afraid mate. You'll want to get the block decked now which will most probably be an engine out job.

Sensor isn't for sale as the full car isn't bring broken for spares. The exhaust is 2.5" and 2.75" at the back box, it's being sold complete Yes front arms are still here. PM sent. -

Why does it only last 3 hours? Who fitted them and did they use new bolts? We stock new MLS head gaskets but you need to know what going wrong before upgrading it mate.

I'm afraid I don't know of any that will fit straight on buddy. Which spats are you after buddy? We have Tom's EP91 spats in stock, I can line them up on a N/A bumper to see how they look if you want me to? Cheers

Mainly road use I assume? My personal preference would be 1.2mm Will I know a few people who have reused them mate so it should be fine especially if its done minimal miles.
