if its not running an boost controller then turn the boost down on actuator,with these cold days the boost will spike more causing it to run boost due to the cold air - just a precautionary measure.

Has there been a td04 with head work and inlet actually been done? I've seen lots of people saying td04 won't go past 300 but they are all on stock head and inlet?

i know nick and mike are working hard on some new valve train bits due for release shortly which should help you alot. Also look into inlet manifolds aswell,

yeah - if you put tip x or similar ontop of the bolt once its fitted to the front panel, close the bonnet - it will mark where you need to drill throught the bonnet for the pin. Mask up that area, and use your template to mark out where you need to cut, just take your time
