rite to cut a long story short my cars fuel pump failed at midnight last night and had to get recoverd home luckily i had a spare fuel pump that came in a big box of bits when i bought the car, thing is now whats confused me is i was told my car had an uprated fuel pump installed on the car, but when i took it out it had no markings on it or anything but the spare one i had said performance down the side??? they both look the same just have different filters at the bottom the one that said performance was short and looked like cotton kind of lol the one that was supposedly uprated that i too

i cant remember how i did it tbh was last year, but i knew it pissed me off and thankfully someone on here was nice enough to send me out a free O ring that i needed rather than pay for a full set from the dealers, when i fit my new smoothed fuel rail im guna be sooo carefull this time! lol

i did the same thing with my glanza, tore the seal putting it back it and had it pissing out fuel all over my freshly painter rocker cover and fuel raill , youl need some new injector seals, about £30 from main dealers for the full set , you have to be so carful putting the injectors back in lol hope this helps!

lol fer enough its an idea though there properly will be a company near you that will do it for a better price, some tyre/exhaust fitters have all the equipment to do it! worth giving them a bell

have you seen the pipe kits on ebhay? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TOYOTA-STARLET-E...#ht_1616wt_1251 you may have to get some more silicone pipes and cut it up to fit but mite work at a fraction of that silly quote you had!

water lines? didnt know there were any water lines round the manni lol wont be selling my old inlet dude guna keep it as spare i like my spares for just incase lol

as you have seen on my build thread i have had an inlet manifold all polished up , i have never changed an inlet on one of these before and was wondering is there any tips / tricks i need to know about taking my old one off and putting the new one on? can i do it all from the top or the car or will i need to do some from the bottom? any info is appreciated thanks! josh
