I've done it once or twice. Not the boxers but all forms of old clothing though lol

Think you only need 1 set and you replace the top bolts either side with the camber bolts
-
I know a few using the HRC with the pulsars and a lot had similar issues of over heating and stalling the car the odd time as well as when you get to about 1/4 tank they have intermittent fueling problems

newish daily ep82 - need gone asap make me an offer
Dylanfarrell replied to H_D's topic in EP80/EP82 Progress Blogs
Id still say they can be deglobed. 5 minutes in the oven on a super low heat and separate the lense from the indicator unit then pop out the orange. Unless quads came with orange lenses the only way to check to be sure is pop it off and take a peak inside where the bulb fits before trying it in the oven -
The filter is fake. The real ones have multistud fit and say dual funnel not dual fannel

Was going to suggest that but I think hr mentioned that he cut the belt and the head is off -
Keeps saying it can't find the link when I click on it. Already paid up a few weeks back I think anyway just never gave much thought to reading up on it

Is there a benefit to becoming a paid member?

Remove the starter to get at the flywheel ring gear and try make something up to stop that rotating? -
locking off the crank/flywheel/box
Dylanfarrell replied to aaddzz123's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Not tried it myself but heard of plenty of people using a breaker bar, rest it on the ground then blip the key just to crank the engine over. Done in seconds. Fairly dangerous and not recommended but if worst comes to worst -
Cusco Zero1 Coilovers.. SOLD!!!
Dylanfarrell replied to Rock-Kick-Ass's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Not to tell you your business but giving them a quick wipe down to clean them up a little and free up any seized parts will help to no end with a sale. Good bit of elbow grease in your words. Just my 2cents though seeing as they haven't moved in this long -
Twice in one day?

To be honest at the moment just the stock 2E. Will be doing a a 4efe swap and have most of the wiring worked out so I only need to change the engine loom. Might just leave it and wire in a rev gauge some stage down the line rather than getting the cluster and plugs with pigtails and wiring them in that way

Do the EP82 dials plug into an N/A EP8x? Or do they need much work to fit?
-
Would also like to have this info, been in my mind to try get some made up
-
Perhaps forward price to me please iddy for fronts posted to Ireland. Cheers

If that's new you should look up the double dutch rudder lol

Coming from a few forums before UKSO I find myself missing a handful of stickied threads. Couple of them were: WCMUT- What Cheered Me Up Today WAMT- What Annoyed Me Today WILT- What I Learned Today Question and answer thread Just food for thought. Always some of the most popular and busy threads on any forum I've used before

1994 STARLET GT TURBO LIGHTS IN AWESOME CONDITION
Dylanfarrell replied to mikey4410's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Always thought the boot lid parts were bolted on and needed mk2/3 boot lid to fit. Learn something new everyday. Glws mikey -
Cheers for the answers Taggy, was hoping you might see this. Just to clarify, when you say get the complete loom do you mean just the complete engine loom or complete interior/dash/engine. I've bookmarked your threads and videos and been over them a few times but until I get a 4e loom in my hands I probably won't be able to place exactly what it is you're doing in the videos/pictures. Been under my dash but considering it's carbed I can't see where the loom runs from the engine to the ecu and on again
