  1. All he needs to do is put the crank in with the caps in, just one at each end will do and hand tighten the bolts, rotate it and keep doing that until it rotates freely, with a bit of extra clearance for safe measure, then he can visibly see the 1st one, copy it for the rest. I think i paid about £100 for them to do the notching if i remember correctly,
  2. Taking the car to tuning developements next week and I have got a set of injectors which are smaller than expected when purchased, they are Denso 370CC but Mike said they are on a bit on the small side and would need to increase the fuel rail pressure to max out the tdo4 at 1.4 bar. has anyone run 1.4 bar TD04 on a similar size injector, worst case scenario i need to buy new injectors while I am there, which i would prefer to avoid if possible.
  3. You just need some R clips, buy them from ebay cost you a couple of quid
  4. Have a read of the guide i made above a while back for fitting, easy enough job, i decided to go for the Quaiffe helical, purely because like said above its quite, no clunks and once fitted you can forget about it, the Cuso clutch type do require you look after them and they can be very noisy and really horrible if the wrong gear oil is used.
  5. I have driven with D2's for about 4 years now and i can tell you even on the softest settings they are rock hard, so hard in fact if you sit on the corner of the car and jump on it it moves about 1mm. They are way too hard for the road really, amazing on the track but do your back no good as a daily lol, i dont really care though as its my play car so doesnt bother me. Does handle like its on rails though
