I need the pipe which comes off the water pump half way along the rear of the engine, it then goes up into the firewall to supply the heater matrix, some how i have managed to lose mine in the carnage of the rebuild, highly anoying!! Anyone got a standard one knocking around

Well did a bit more work last night, got the driveshafts back on, wheels on, connected up the rest of the pipes in the engine bay, i had originally sold my turbo setup but because I need to run it in, to save fucking around trying to get a new system to fit, i have bought back the old one so i can just bolt it back on and go. I should be a position to start it soon!!

I bought a new one of these a few months back, do you want me to send you the manual? When you say 9, 9 what 9psi?

Just connecting up my engine today and have noticed that the 5e i have put in has a different oil sensor plug, mine is a spade but the 5e block had a plug in one What is the fix for the this, can i buy a spade sensor type or can i modify the one currently on it, as shown below see my connector is a plug on spade type (this is a GT loom)

this forged project of mine has taken me hell of alot longer than i expected, with the wife moving out I had shelve the car project for a bit while i sorted all that bull shit out, my advice to anyone dont get married!!!! Glad to see another ep70 on the scene, welcome to the club! I have also got one which has been keeping me busy for the last 12 months. Converted mine to a turbo and since then decided to put a forged motor in her too, (which i have been doing today!) Check out my build , nice clean car too!

I need a new engine mount and bracket for my ep70, but I am not 100% sure if the engine mount is the same on the ep82/glanza, does anyone have a pic of one so i can take a looksee?

I need the rear engine mount bracket from a 4efte gearbox, the bit which bolts onto the gearbox. Anyone got one spare?

Yeah thats what i did on mine, if its still creeping even with an EBC then i am pritty certain its going to be an actuator problem, the wastegate is big on the TD04 so the ebc should be able to open close the wastegate to control it no problem. If its creeping up its because your actuator isnt opening your waste gate enough on boost. Does the actuator have full reach to open/close the wastegate? You may need to rejig the mounting postion of the actuator, if that still doesnt work I would consider getting a replacement actuator made for a td04 or consider an external wastegate if funds allow.

The TD04 shouldnt get any creep on the 4efte, the wastegate is more than adequate. If its creeping its going to be a problem with your actuator setup controlling your wastegate. What actuator are you using and how have you mounted it? I had to make a custom bracket for mine but i always used to get problems holding boost properly. Didnt sort its self out until i got a boost controller to actively manage the wastegate.
