My boost pressure is all over the shop, can anyone offer any reasons why. I am currently using a forge actuator on a TD04 internally gated. It seems if i set the boost to about 0.8bar it remains solid througout the rev range, its when i go higher i start getting this seesawing effect through the rev range, It flys straight to 0.8bar but then slowly increases to what ever bar i set it too as the revs rise, problem with this is that i have to set the initial boost pressure lower as it increases. Its not boost creep in case anyone thinks so as its a TD04 running fairly low boost so its not an issue. Have a look at this graph to show what i mean, notice how the boost on the first run in red is steady at 0.8 bar, but when we increase it to 1.0bar in blue its not consitant at all. Look at in blue i am not getting peak boost until nearly 6000rpm it seems to go flat for 2000rpm then start rising again, its werid!! I am about to spunk £200 on some EBC management, which i hope fixes it
