hopefully now u no prob with fan u can get it sorted quikly i had to drive for 2days in ma old civic with no fan ( in middle of summer) and always had to plan ma route to avoid traffic lights and realy busy roads lol was a nightmare -

mine was missing higher up the rev range and turned out to the rotor/dizzy think it was like £30 for new 1s so prob worth doing just so its all fresh anyway

as above id go for a good tryed and tested kit wepr/race-tech/zisco. all the ebay manis seem to either last forever or brake in the first 100 miles its a coin flip and IMO not worth risking your money on some cheap parts -
ahh thats great might sound stupid but is there a special primer and lacquer for cars or is it all the same?

was down helping a mate sort his glanza out (after he ran over a man ) gave him a couple parts he needed and while chatting mentioned i wanted to get ma bumper resprayed to which he replyed why down u use my spray booth. turns out he has a full spray booth at his work which he has free access to on weekends. so am pretty tempted to make use of it but 1. were do i even get the paint 2. how much paint would it take to do front and rear bumpers and prob side skirts 3.is there any specail primer or lacquer needed for 040 white? any help be great cheers shaun

was ment to go see it today n ended up overtightend wheel nut so had to put movie on hold n go find a spare lol going to see it tomorow hopefully but think the last was to much action not enough cars. agree with iamlegend tho i prefered it when they had civics and such

imo response isnt as bad as every1 says on a td04 and as sparky said also leaves u options on swaping turbos to td04 hybrids td05s and a few more

theres a guide on tgtt to rotate them cant link due to phone but its nice and easy once u get turbo open and ma ic pipe lined up nicely once i cut a lil off

water lines go from turbo to were ct9 waterlines go. oil feed/return go were ct9 oil feed/return goes no diffrence in fitting not sure on what boost i make by what rpm ill check tomorow if its dry but trust me u wont be looking at your boost and rpm ull be to busy watching the road as u fly by all the cars

should find plenty of info with search but id sujest not just going for the bigger power i spent couple hours trawling forums for info got everything i needed put it on and went for a spin then came home and ordered bigger brakes coilovers and some whiteline goodies cause with out good brakes and good handling your gonna kill urself first corner u hit

last attempt i made gain was 30 iirc and set to boost 1 bar and by the time i backed off it showed a max of 1.6bar lol so if its overboosting turn gain down if its underboosting turn boost up? i think i musta got a dodgey translation of the manual then cheers shaun

mine came with kit but it was just as easy as doing a hybrid water/ oil lines only issue i had with mine was the rubber oil return pipe on my car had turned realy brital so when i moved it to line it up it cracked but new 1 was like under a tenner from toyota
