was down helping a mate sort his glanza out (after he ran over a man ) gave him a couple parts he needed and while chatting mentioned i wanted to get ma bumper resprayed to which he replyed why dont u use my spray booth. turns out he has a full spray booth at his work which he has free access to on weekends. so am pretty tempted to make use of it but 1. were do i even get the paint 2. how much paint would it take to do front and rear bumpers and prob side skirts 3.is there any specail primer or lacquer needed for 040 white? any help be great cheers shaun

was ment to go see it today n ended up overtightend wheel nut so had to put movie on hold n go find a spare lol going to see it tomorow hopefully but think the last was to much action not enough cars. agree with iamlegend tho i prefered it when they had civics and such

imo response isnt as bad as every1 says on a td04 and as sparky said also leaves u options on swaping turbos to td04 hybrids td05s and a few more

theres a guide on tgtt to rotate them cant link due to phone but its nice and easy once u get turbo open and ma ic pipe lined up nicely once i cut a lil off

water lines go from turbo to were ct9 waterlines go. oil feed/return go were ct9 oil feed/return goes no diffrence in fitting not sure on what boost i make by what rpm ill check tomorow if its dry but trust me u wont be looking at your boost and rpm ull be to busy watching the road as u fly by all the cars

should find plenty of info with search but id sujest not just going for the bigger power i spent couple hours trawling forums for info got everything i needed put it on and went for a spin then came home and ordered bigger brakes coilovers and some whiteline goodies cause with out good brakes and good handling your gonna kill urself first corner u hit

last attempt i made gain was 30 iirc and set to boost 1 bar and by the time i backed off it showed a max of 1.6bar lol so if its overboosting turn gain down if its underboosting turn boost up? i think i musta got a dodgey translation of the manual then cheers shaun

mine came with kit but it was just as easy as doing a hybrid water/ oil lines only issue i had with mine was the rubber oil return pipe on my car had turned realy brital so when i moved it to line it up it cracked but new 1 was like under a tenner from toyota

having a nightmare getting my blitz sbc i-d ebc boosting to 1.3bar anyone else running a blitz ebc with a ex wastegate if so whats your gain set to ? been trying the trail and error way on a country road which i didnt think anyone would find/ hear me on but a mate appeared bout 30mins in to it and informed me he could hear me from bout 3miles away and came to find me so i decided i better give up before the police herd me lol. so far am running no bov while i wait on reducer (dont see why this would make it overboost so bad) and i changed all the hoses incase there was any leak still no luck any ideas?

Imo id say td04 isnt as laggy as people say it is i didnt notice a massive diffrence in lag from a ct9 ( fair enought i had over the mani fmic) but i did notice 1 fucking big step in the power and if the td04 goes pop its a pretty cheap replacement than if went hybrd and it brakes for whatever reason

best bet would be to get a custom 1 done then u can pick exactly what u want aswell were u from?

everytime i watch these vids and the cars there chasing is flying ahead of them and there only doing 80-90 always makes me wonder how well id do in a police chase in ma glanza lol

worste thing about a being in a small town is if that happend to me they would be waiting at my door for me lol. had 1 of the freshly passed local lads trying to overtake me. so i put my foot down and left him was about 110 when i seen a policeman jump out waving at me so i carried on till he was outa sight and slowed down to speed limit bout 5mins later i spoted them flying up behind me with the blues on. pulled over lucky the had no proof apart from there word agaist mine got a letter in post to say i had option of going to court or doing a drivers awareness course so i just paid the £120 todo the course was tempted to try my luck in court but for £120 quid and a day driving its not worth risking the points /ban

going to keep my eye on this wanting to get an engine on a stand and start striping it myself to learn. looked at a few guides for striping/rebuilding engines but only way to truely learn is to get stuck in at the deep end IMO and i agree with taggy the halfords advanced kits and shit hot for the money

should be fine with 15cms of silicone pipe and id personaly measure the internal diameter so u get a nice tight fit

as above mine had the adapter still wasnt great tho
