^^This The reason Bride and Recaro are so expensive is because they are built to withstand serious punishment in the event on a crash. The reps have not been tesedt and would probably have the same properties as cheese once different forces are applied.

Chris Green replied to MARC MOSS's topic in Other Motors Progress Blogs
As far as vans go that's a nice one mate. Shame you didn't go for a Hiace and bozo style lol -

It is buddy, I haven't totted it up and never will, it will make me ill lol

Cheers buddy. When I first left it into an engine builders, I took both the cranks and both the flywheels. They said they used the 4e crank, but they didn't do half the work, so they may have got it wrong.

I'm in the same sort of position minus the girlfriend. Live at home for as long as possible. Use the money you are going to spend renting for a deposit on your own house.

Yours doesn't need it mate. If you really want to bring the paint up, use some cherry glaze or SRP, then dodo juice wax.

Try some cutting compound with plenty of water, the like of G6. Definitely get rid of the stickers, maybe put them on when you have a full Glanza kit. But it's like putting 'Evolution' stickers/badges on a bog standard Lancer. But each to their own. Edit: I remember a fella from NZ did a Glanza rep with a five door, looked quite cool. -
I have a 5e-fhe fly wheel, should be the same, if you want to double check.

Looks a good base mate, please take the Glanza stickers off though! Lol -
There is a guide in the wiki section for photos mate. Just a suggestion, but zisco might be able to whip you up some brackets for the 5A-FE, would be cool to see a different swap. Nevertheless I like the direction your heading with this.

Will have a look now mate, thanks. Yeah I want to avoid HID's and Halfrauds nonsense.

Recently one of my PIAA bulbs blew, so I'm looking for a new set. Can't justify the money for PIAA's again. Any recommendations?

Why starlets not used in Motorsport??
Chris Green replied to 1991 starlet owner's topic in Lifestyle General
Not another EP vs. Civic argument. Just used the Civic as a comparable small Japanese hatch. -
Bargain!

I'll maybe leave Jay or Phil to shed some light on the NorthStars. I know Jay had a NorthStars website and it was a dedicated N.I. Starlet Club. It's only a gauging interest thread at the moment mate. Google a few of them and you'll get this jist.

Excuse the dent in the boot.

With 2014 fast approaching, I want to start thinking about the shows for next year. I've been given to go ahead by both Phil & Jay to organise the stands for next year, provided we have enough interest. Realistically we want at least five cars on our stand, as one or two looks a bit sorry. Each year I go to as many show's as possible and always see a hand full or EP's, wouldn't it be great to to have them all on the one stand? UKSO & TGTT will be branded as 'NorthStars' for these events, with each club respectively displaying their own banners & flegs (couldn't help it

Yeah, sadly it's my bank balance is low because of it. Was saying to Phil on Sunday that I needed to do a full one with every part I've bought.

No piss taking mate. Honestly walk in to Charles Hurst in Dundonald with the part number and they'll order them in for you.
