Yopu have no protection at all with a Visa Debit. Unless your bank offer an independant insurance scheme.

I work in complaince for the largest Credit Card in the U.K., I know what I'm talking about. Only if you paid by Credit Card not a debit card, you can initiate a chargeback under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 (as amended). If your Credit Card company disagree with that remind them of their duties under the Finance and Leasing Association. Your can claim under section 75 for non-receipt of goods and fault or damaged goods.

A chargeback on a credit card can be initated for a payment sent by PayPal, as long as it wasn't sent as a gift. You are covered under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act

If CJP is a registered business, you can refer this to the Office of Fair Trading and Trading Standards. These bodies can force a repayment of any monies paid for faulty goods. Just some extra info

Ryan I'll sort your Glanza tomorrow mate. Think I've sussed everything.I need to do some more testing. I've managed to mod a mx5 to a glanza, using a f1 engine, with Escude 4WD, f1 suspension, Escudo Diff. Still testing though to iron out the bugs

I can't pal, reason being only the tuning parts that are available with the unmodded version can be purchased. For example if I did it with an Evo and used Escudo running gear it will let me change it.

No problem pal, enjoy You need to use a usb stick to transfer the files on to your pc. When it is copied you need to zip the file, this is found in folder option. If you drop me an email with the save data, I will mod it and send it back.

my system isn't letting me receive cars pal, I'll need to do it via the game saves. Yeah I can bud. I recommend the Escudo engine though. Morgey you have a modded Galnza dude
