  2. If i can't cut my old hot pipe up to suit the TD04 where would be the cheapest place to get a new/ td04 suited pipe? The only place i've seen one is WEPR so far but there over £100 :| Any point me in the right direction?

  5. I've got this at the minute and im fairly certain its my brake shield. Going to take the caliper, disc off and bash it in a bit lol

  7. Your still going to get lag so yes in effect you will be going 0.1, 0.2 etc. Your full boost is going to be 0.7 though and nothing lower.
  8. If you got a 0.7bar spring you could never boost lower than that unless you get a new spring

  10. I personally wouldn't run 1.2bar on a standard engine, no fmic, ecu etc. To the OP; get rid of your actuator and buy Starbucks! Your problem will be solved and your engine will love you for it!
  11. Pretty sure you can't use a boost controller to boost less than the actuator/spring is set to? Could be wrong though..

  16. Oh dear.. as said if you havn't got a RRFPR then rip that out and put the boost back to standard. You my not be as quick for now but i'd rather that than have to pay for a new engine!

  18. Well I'm looking to hopefully convert to TD04 in the next couple of months but just wanted a bit of advice on which kit is the best but still at an affordable price. I've been looking at the Racetech kit which comes with everything, the WEPR kit which doesn't come with turbo, lines or waste gate and the 'budget' kit which consists of the Toyosports manifold/down pipe etc. Which would you get if you had the choice, bearing in mind that theonly way i'll be able to get the Racetech kit is to put a deposit down and save up a bit longer. I'll then have to save again to get an e-manage and get it ma
