  1. It was set at this when I bought the car. It was running a hybrid ct9 at about 0.7-0.8bar. I'm sure either 2.2 or 2.4 is standard fuel pressure right? I'll just not boost until I get an ecu sorted if it's not safe.

  3. Well as some of you may know, i sold the WEPR kit i bought from Quadcorecraig as i didn't want to chop the exhaust blah blah. Went for a trip to Derby to see 'Saun Glanza V' (Think thats the right spelling ) and bought his basically brand new Racetech TD04 Kit! Spent the last couple of days getting things on, chopping intercooler pipes etc lol. Heres a few pictures of the result: The raditor was a very very tight fit so will be getting a civic rad asap. Also, need to get hold of an electronic boost controller and an ecu! I'm not sure if i'm safe to boost yet as im only running a FCD and R
  4. Today I took one of the springs out of the wastegate and I'm now peaking at 0.74bar. Until I get an ecu sorted I'm only running a RRFPR at 2.4bar pressure. Is this fueling for the td04 for the time Being?

  6. So i can defo take the big spring out and leave the smaller one in with no issues? I did have a quick look on the tial website but couldn't find my wastegate at first look!
  7. Fitted it all yesterday and today, took it for a test drive and it was boosting to 1bar. I had a look inside the wastegate though and there was 1 big spring and 1 small spring. Can I just take the big one out? 1bar is way to high for me as I'm in mapped atm.

  11. No worries, just rang him up and the Japspeed bolt holes need to be drilled out a bit !
  12. Fitting my new RaceTech TD04 kit today and everything has gone perfect apart from fitting the bloody downpipe. I'm having issues lining the bolt holes up with a Japspeed exhaust! I can get 2 in and tighten them up but then the 3rd can't be inserted straight.. Anyone else have any issues with this and know how to sort it?

  14. I should hopefully be going to get my Racetech TD04 kit tomorrow and just wanted to know what spring is in the external wastegate that RaceTech supply? I'm currently only running a FCD and RRFPR and don't want to run any higher boost than 0.6-0.7bar ideally until i sort an ECU. Cheers
  15. December 11th this year i'm off to start my basic training in the Royal Navy. Signed up as an Air Engineering Technician (AET) and can't flippin wait! lol. If i have time and your still not in by next year i shall report back with what i make of it... haha
