Can anyone make me up the mounting kit for an HDI intercooler. All my mountings for the core have snapped apart from 1 lol. Or.. If someone could point me in the right direction to someone they know who can do it that would be geeereat

I am so ripping my DV off tonight then haha What can i use to block the intercooler piping off? Don't want something that looks too stupid becasue i've got the HDI pipe; DV comes off just above the battery

Aahh no more foot on the loud peddle until i mapped then lol! Tbh i havn't really been testing it too much because of fueling but from what i've experienced so far is awsome! Totally outperforms the ct9 hybrid! I'll get the fueling checked as soon as i get paid and i may even stick in the 0.3bar spring if it doesn't make me run too rich. I think to start with i'm going to get a plug and play, run that for a bit and as soon as i've got fuel pump, injectors etc i'll sell that and get an EMU! Can't wait until i'm set up at 1bar-1.1bar! The people i know who have done this have used a 2p and some clear silicone. Does its job perfect. Spray it black if your worried how it looks lol.

Ye thats right Sparky. My Td04 hasn't got the nipple becasue it was snapped off and welded up so i just run a vaccum from the bottom port on the wasgate to the vaccum line on the top of the throttle body (T pieced in). Basically run it to any boost line dude. ;)

Was looking for £200 but I've snapped 2 screws while separating it from the turbo so £190 now and it will keep the turbo in the same place yes.

Really glad to hear that! I'll have to try and find someone local with a wideband to help me out with checking the fueling. Only running a FCD because it was installed from Japan lol. I'll probably rip it out and sell it on as i don't need it anymore. I no! Fell in love with this kit when i first saw it so im over the moon i have one now!
