  1. Sugar in, teabag in, pour water in and let is brew a while the squeeze the teabag with the spoon and take it out, add milk.
  2. Ah I see. Any idea where I could get a grommet as mine is well knackered but the valve still works fine.
  3. Hmmm tempting, I will need to see what my wages are like on the 15th. It is a daily driven car so does clock up the miles.
  4. What we talking about 60k miles or more? The clutch in my old corsa redtop did 112k miles before it gave up but I doubt very much it will do that many miles haha. Cheers for that link socks don't have alot of funds just now but I will see what it goes for and try and get it.
  5. That tuning developments clutch looks pretty good. Any idea of how many miles it will last on a TD04 @ 1-1.1 bar? Most of my driving is on rural roads just sitting at 60-70 most of the time with some spirited driving from time to time.
  6. I need some help picking a clutch for my EP82 which I am planning to convert to a manual sometime in the next couple of months. It's a TD04 so to be on the safe side I want something that is capable of running 240-250bhp even though I will most likely be mapping to 220-230 I'd rather overspec than underspec. Don't really want to spend any more than £300 if possible, the less the better and it doesn't matter if it's normal or paddle clutch. If people could tell me what clutch they have and what is good and bad about it that would be great. Also how many miles roughly do you get out of uprated clutches with mixed driving? Thanks
  7. If pulling it out splits the rubber then the rubber is already worn. It should be flexible and not brittle and easy to split.
  8. I'm just about to do mine aswell so if you could take some pictures when you are doing it and some tips that would be great haha. There is a rough guide somewhere, I will find it for you. Here it is
  9. Ok so definately a toytuning? Just so I can update my forsale
  10. Just looked through old pm's and looked at some pictures and it looks more like a tongs RB spec rather than tongs GT spec?
  11. Having a look at this toy tuning one, it looks very similar.
  12. were the earlier tongs hybrids not different to the new ones? If anyone could confirm which one it is that would be great so I can update my for sale thread.
  13. For sale: WEPR CT9 Manifold Item Condition: Used, good condition Price and price conditions: £150 SOLD Extra Info: Manifold was bought brand new direct from sacha in the middle of march this year so is still under warranty! It originally replaced a autobahn manifold that was a piece of crap. As anyone can tell you WEPR are one of the best in the business and there manifolds are top quality. It was removed as I have now fitted a TD04 with a WEPR kit. The studs were damaged during removal so will need replaced (fairly easy & cheap job, could just use nut and bolt) this is reflected in the price. Bargain for a bombproof manifold that is around £220 new! Pictures: Contact Details: Post here, pm or text 07824484057 Location: Stranraer, Scotland Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: Arrange at the time, postage around £6-8 roughly. For sale: Toy tuning Hybrid CT9 Item Condition: Used, good Price and price conditions: £250 Extra Info: Have upgraded to a TD04 now so won't be needing this anymore. It's in good condition pulls very hard and has no smoke at all. Minimal shaft play side to side and none in and out off the car (haven't seen a turbo that has none at all) and none once fitted and full of oil. Doesn't have the usual crack between the penny and exhaust wheel. For sale: Braced CT9 Decat Item Condition: Used, good Price and price conditions: £50 SOLD Extra Info: This has been a brilliant decat for me, it's never given me any bother and is braced to the engine. Not sure on the make but feels well built and strong. Pictures: Contact Details: Post here, pm or text 07824484057 Location: Stranraer, Scotland Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: Arrange at the time, postage around £5 roughly. For sale: Forge Adjustable Actuator + CT9 Bracket Item Condition: Used, good Price and price conditions: £40 Extra Info: Worked fine with my CT9 adjustable with a 10mm spanner Pictures: Contact Details: Post here, pm or text 07824484057 Location: Stranraer, Scotland Delivery & Conditions of Delivery: Arrange at the time, postage around £3-4 roughly. 23. Planning to convert my auto to a manual around x-mas/new year time so starting to collect parts now. I already have a good gearbox and an clutch capable of handling the TD04 plus some TRD mounts but I still require these parts:- Brake and clutch pedal Master cylinder Slave cylinder Line between master & slave Gear linkages Flywheel & bolts Gearstick + assembly If anyone is breaking a car or has these parts lying about (preferably cheap as i'm on a budget ) I would be grateful if you could post on here or PM me.
