  1. Ok how do I undo the other part of the turbo? Just remove the big circlip once the compressor and exhaust are apart and rotate the other bit?
  2. Thanks very much mate just the answers I was looking for. Only other question I have is now that I have rotated turbo the outlet points towards the rad and the drain straight down, I was told on tgtt that you can cut up the ct9 hot piping that is removed and it will fit onto the TD04 outlet but in the pictures the outlet is pointing straight down which must mean the drain is facing back in towards the block?
  3. Currently I have a Forge actuator on my CT9 setup but will be fitting a TD04 next weekend if all goes well and have a few questions that I would be very grateful for an answer to. Question 1 - Would I be better be better using the standard TD04 actuator or the forge one that's currently on the car? Question 2 - What's the best way to make the bracket to hold it once the turbo has been rotated, just a piece of flat metal with holes drilled in it? Question 3 - Is it possible to just cut the radiator mounts off at the bottom and weld them back in place to suit the civic radiator or will I need

  8. Simple question, will this fit in with my dual core auto radiator or not? Yes I know toyosports are crap.....etc etc but I only need it to last until September when I will be buying a WEPR one plus it will be braced as soon as I get it. Thanks in advance.
  9. Just about to purchase this off ebay but just thought I should check first that:- 1. It will screw onto my block & oil oil filter will screw on ok. 2. My swoosh oil pressure gauge sensor will screw into it ok. I know you have to do a bit of grinding to the plate/power steering pump bracket to get it to fit but roughly how many mm? Thanks in advance.

  11. what about all the people that use standard rad's with td04? I'm only going to be running .7 bar of boost for a while then 1bar around christmas. all road driving no track or drag
  12. Going to be going TD04 in the next few months in the autobus and was wondering if an automatic civic rad would be ok for the conversion? Also would the bracket to fit a normal civic rad to a starlet fit the auto civic one too? Found a couple on ebay pretty cheap Rad 1 Rad 2

    I just bought this one last night. Was looking at this one aswell though if it's any good to you, guy has plenty of feedback.
  14. Ok no bother last question is the part where they bolt to the hub straight just because the far right one looks dented could just be the licture though.
  15. If there in good nick with no leaks and at least a bit stiffer than standard then I will take them.
  16. What condition are they in and how stiff are they compared to standard?
  17. Drive with overdrive on for economy. The 2 buttons that say pwr and man can be used aswell, select man for economy and pwr for performance.
  18. Should be 18 for passenger and 20 for driver
