Turbo is defo relocated above the gearbox, theres not much room for a TD04 at the front of a mini. The guy is turning down offers of 7.5K. Fucking hell, could have bought Burnys V for less than that haha.

If you leave it sitting there then yeah it'll eventually rust. For now ive just taken the grommet out because my car is off the road but i'll need to look into it. Check all around the rear lights, bet it'll be comin in through there.

I had it in my old GT, i reckoned it was coming in the rear windows because it felt that they were never fully shut. Never got round to fixing it though. Tiny puddle in the 85 boot aswell ghrrr :/

Toyota dot 5.1 is what most of use, thats fine for kinda fast road use, you can get other more expensive stuff for track use though.

I went for an Exedy 3 Puk clutch kit, many people have ran them on fairly high power TD04 setups and they can handle the power/torque. Not driven with mine yet as the car isnt running but the pedal feels solid, proper ankle snapper which is a good sign I got mine 2nd hand with a few K miles but new they are 300 or so on camskill. I had a spec 6 puk on my old GT which was very good, handled TD04 @ 1 bar with ease.

Bulb out most likely. Easy to replace, lower the steering wheel, few trims and the dial surround off with a couple of screws, 10mm bolt, pull clocks as far forward as you can, hand round the back, pull out speedo cable and a few multiplugs and then the clocks will be out. Take the bulb down to the motor factors, think its a T4 or something but i cannot be 100% sure.

Im sure there is another yellow one about, i seen one a few years ago in Aberdeen. Probably this same one thats now down Edinburgh way.

Aye well last time we never bothered with a hotel but i felt shattered and i wasnt even driving lol. I'll be getting a hotel this time prob for the sat night so i get a sleep before heading back up the road. Sure the majority of us will have them on the road haha. I'll need to put the hearers and radio back in beforehand lol.
