how much for the two rear gab shocks is it possible to remove the tops to replace the seals

Ive had expensive car parts wheels/coilovers/interior bits etc... the price of rare or genuine parts seem dear but it is as there genuine parts not reps my biggest fear is car been stolen and burnt out and losing all that money i put into it even though all the parts fitted are decleared but the insurance dont see them for there full value.. some people just would rather spend less to save a few pound

haha i get some looks then i have it booked in for nct just waiting on taxbook to arrive back then ive to send it off again once in my name as was never declared as being painted black and is still red on brown logbook

surge of power through cable causing it to get hot any crossed or melted wires in loom running to it also check amperage of fuse in fuel pump location and relay is ok if they stick they get hot

cheers colin knew ya would like the plate haha emmisions ftw going to see about getting all 3 windows tinted the purple tint is very tired looking and has marks so lets it down,,i noticed somone must have been at the alloys there tread pattern are all the wrong way round so may bring the jack and a power bar and swap the wheels around so tyres are facing right way

cheers lad inside needs a really good clean i washed it polished and waxed it the other day but needs a proper going over few more pics i took today while i was down looking at it inside shot not great camera must have been distorted plans at the minute are small fit a 5spd box new wheels something with a red lip and black centre's rota auto x's or similar engine wise this will be staying for a bit then onto a 4efe na then at some later date turbo it after a rebuild

Right said i may as well chuck this up here picked it up about a week ago haven't done a lot at it as i haven't brought it home yet its down in a friends place.. it started out life as a bog standard red ep80 but has since been fully gt kitted inc interior only thing that hasn't been changed is its boring 1.0 carb engine and 4spd box but im planning on a full 4efe engine swap and 5spd box so stayed tuned on its changes anyways a few pictures

Im still stuck for choice as i have a chance to buy everything i need for under 500 so im working a plan on it that way as i have everything i need in one go not looking for this or that part

Its a 1.0 carb engine engine runs grand just prefer the 4efe lump

I think i may have got myself the full package everything i need to convert the car to run 4efe its actually in another ep80 gt rep and have seen it running and the seller put it into the car himself and done the conversion himself so he know what bits i need,, so just need to pull my 2e engine out along with a heap of other parts and start converting it

As above looking for both looms.. engine bay and dash loom and ecu

So i can use a full gt turbo loom dash loom aswell and clocks and engine loom and fuel tank and lines and drop a 4efe in and it will work as you say if i get bored i can drop a 4efte in after wards may go hunting for a gt loom and all nessesary bits i need what about exhaust though will i need to make up something to suit using a starlet exhaust system.. and what do i do about lambda sensor

as above want to fit a 4efe into a 1e ep80 starlet carbed engine. Whats the best way to do this find a starlet gi loom and ecu and dash loom as as far as i know there a 4efe and have the right looms both dash and engine bay.

followed a guide on here on how to fit them depend though what year your car is mines a 96 so M L Reg tried it before with a 98 starlet and it didnt work best was to check is look at the guide and make sure you have the same colour wiring if you do your good to go

im not sure what to do with the car th wheel i had planned on fitting to the car i may sell as i owe money to somone so car will have to roll on steelies for a while the oil burning situation is annoying me the most as i cant afford to keep topping it up and currentley has no (mot) nct or tax so im chancing using it i just dont have the money to do anything at the car currentley with no work and a wedding to pay for so my only thing is scrap the car and use the funds on the wedding

right project has taken a bit of a turn for the worst car is starting to burn oil not a lot but on startup in morning is very blue rest of day seems fine apart from if your giving it a good rev then it will throw out the blue smoke Its getting harder to get out of first gear and into second so im pressuming box is giving up as rest of gear seem fine i can safely say im starting to lose interest in this car and dont know what to do with it i haven't the money to put an engine or gearbox into with my wedding coming up and in fairness i dont think it deserves one im going to take the allo
