Injectors and fuel pump might be worth changing mate, infact change them as atandard ones will be old and tired i would go for 430cc injectors and td's fuel pump kit Brakes and suspension is also a very worthwhile investment !

I would be excited about flameing tbh mate, chances are its overfueling and when the unburnt fuel is reaching the mani its igniting i would also let it sit on idle for a good bit untill fully warm
