    i am pretty sure fcd should be on 7 or 8. on a td04 i would start very high on the fueling as thats safer.see what you get on ure a/f gauge with the fueling at 45-50 psi. im sure somebody on here will let you know a definate fuel pressure number but it depends if ure fuel pumps upto it aswell etc.

    most places have a minimum weld charge of 25-30 gbp. would be very surprised if it was less than 20 to be honest

    They tend to have play in there rubber grommet housing mate. Funny u should say that as i noticed mine had play yesterday.

    Factory ecu makes the starlets fuel to as low as 10.5 for safety and longevity,so that is what i aim for.never go lower than 10.5 if u can help it.apparently borewash aint far away if you go any lower,that and wasting fuel 14.7 to 16 on idle is bang on also.good
