If ya think their both leaking, it may just be the sound of them thats making you think that? Lol -

Are they adjustable dude? Mine holds boost fine doesnt drop/leak to my knowledge. I dunno much about the lights on the dials in relation to boost as im in a gt, but id say get a boost gauge plugged in tob find out whats going on bud. -

Raised boost making it leak? Doubt it mate, is it slower spool since you changed the bov? What rpm do you hit full boost at? -

Standards .65 so your running a bit over stock boost -
headgasket gone would you skim the head

Bout 30-40 quid max mate and you cam use another oem hg -
by the way burt anything over .85 will be dangerous without management or a fpr set up by a reputable tuner. If your hittin .9 an no fuel cut there must be an fcd fitted then, cpuld be dangerous if not checked

It does have to be fully shut mate as you have to preload the aactuator by twisting it in a few extra turns. This helps the turbo spool better as the wastegate wont open instantly with low pressure and release the air, it will require a bit more force generated by tbe turbo to open the waztegate therefore spool will be quicker.

@Aidan & James:Thanks lads its coming along well, slowly but surely! puts a smile on my face with every journey, i had to drive a 1.4 Ibiza home the other day and getting back into the gt after that reminded me how much fun it is @Ste yeah Roadrunner is an old and pretty rare set up now. Supposedly great quality and to be honest I love the kit too, it made such a difference compared to my ported oem manifold and a decat that looked like a spiders web lol

like the choice of turbo man. How is it to drive now does it spool much quicker? Still a great power figure at .9 Bar there compared with the tdo4 -

Bought a digital water temperature sensor & gauge to fit into my Blitz rad hose to keep an eye on things, the stock temp gauge has a tendency to only tell you problems after they've happened!
