Heat heat and more heat lol plus millions of wd40! Never removed the pas pump before to do it will try that next time good shout -

Probably temp switch mate the car doesn't realise what temp its at to start the fan. Hopefully just that!

I run my GT on Millers 10/50 usually but my little bro mentioned this is what the guys in work use, anyone know if its possible/safe to run these engines on?
