    just seeing the charger lying on the block i think it will be very close to the bottom cros bar !!! 1s the outlet is bolted to the charger get the measuring tape out

    tdo4 AINT laggy ct9 hybrid is WAY over priced but does pull wel but will never go like a tdo4s top end depends on your driving if you spend most of your time around town i would go for a small ct9 hybrid and yes it is a simple swap
