    Looks like tiny turbo compressor wheel what size is the inducer? If it's under 40mm it's waste of time also what boost u running??

    Yes on tic over it will sound more crisp worn out engines sound flatter and lower idle On petrol engines fitting new rings increases compression thus more air going to turbo spooling faster, spray engine in soupy water and rev engine any leaks will bubble
