Test the injector and do a leakdown test mayby ringland or injector seals leak Al can contribute to amiss

Take actu of put long hose on it submerge it under water now blow in hose if no bubbles come up actuator is fine also check your boost sensor from prospect gauge do a thuroly test on that as it may be inconsistent, multimeter and air pressure regulator needed to do this test

Go for the innovate mtxl as they link to other gauges so you can do the rpm vs boost vs afr vs egt like simple install on the laptop to do live record blasts

Very safe if the welding part is done by experienced welder they will not fail as a good weld of 1" holds 2.5ton that gives you an idea of the strength more then adequate

Either oil getting inside the dizzy or short under load??? It's probly not the dizzy but a connection somewhere Could also be king or ignition lead shorting under load

Check if you reconnected the ecu temperature sensor on the thermostat housing as the gt will almost not start with it connected
