My Glanza got picked up an hour or so ago, so it's a good time to introduce my new car.

Since knowing my Glanza was sold i was looking for something RWD or maybe a 4WD.

Cars i was looking for where an S14, Evo 4, Impreza type R, Mr2's.

Untill i saw this car on Driftworks. It was for sale before but the guy selling it wanted to keep it.

I told my brother on the phone that if that car would ever be for sale again i would buy it, what would you know, the next day it was for sale again

I always had a soft spot for Trueno's since watching Inital D, like most people :)

Altough i found them way overpriced and stated i would never buy one with these ridicoulus prices i found one that's just perfect.

So next week i'll be in Birmingham picking it up.

Some pictures of it now in the UK:

Thats lush mate - altho practice drifting in something else 1st - don't damage that beautiful piece of automative history!!

Steve

I would never forgive myself if i damage it, so i'm still not sure if i'm gonna drift it.

how much does an example like this go for?

About 6-8k depending on spec and condition. I cant remember how much Mikens was up for.

Either way, its a lot of money for a 1986 car (thanks to the drift culture and Initial D), but very much worth it!

lol I bet you are! There were some other minters around when I was looking but they were asking upwards of 9k for one!

It'll be very tempting to drift in it but Im sure you'll exercise discretion on that one

This one was for sale for 6k.

It's a lot of money for a '86 car, but you don't get a lot of chances to buy such a nice one.

It's also the perfect colour, i wouldn't bought one with a different colour.

Only problem is Dutch mot, they are not that fond of wide wheels.

Probably have to get some different wheels for that.

6k is a good price for what you got there. I would love a black one but the white looks just as sexy.

hmm you might have to find a set of thin wheels to use one day a year lol. What about some steelies? Unless of course the police are very strict on this in Holland too

I am soooo jealous, seen it posted on civiclife a while back and for 6k its the best example I have ever seen!!

There was a bit of a shed on PH last night with 140k on it and that was 4k!!

WOW still cant believe it and cant fault you for selling the V for that!!

I would be too scared to drift it too its more of a show car IMO

god im jelious, if you eva wanna get rid let me know!

Sorry man

I'll let you know if i ever sell it.

I've a very bad track record in keeping cars, with about a year as the longest.

Altough i can't see me selling this within a year this time, it's just to special.
