tez
been on here for a while, after doing some good old research on "starlet glanza"i purchased one. At first i was after one unmodified, but didnt happen So i collected this from EdNeeded abit of work, and bit of TLC in areas.Im more of OEM+ guy so imo the spolier had to go!OLD newsA new genuine wheel bearing was purchased,After getting it pressed in at a garage, it was safe to say the hub itself was fucked,(it span in the hub) Opps.So i quickly found myself a hub Of ebay!Arrived and bobs your uncle was sorted. No play etc. But i still had a knocking noise when pulling away!so i went to other side and noticed the inner nut wasnt tight, tightend up and sorted. no knocking.A new speedo cable was fitted which was from toyota! The CV was leaking greese and was spraying up the chassis, so a new inner cv was purchased and fitted. After being given a set of pads, decided to fit them also, one of the 12mm nuts, wasnt 12mm, more like 11 3/4 lol tryed a few AF sizes but it was solid. Grinder!WearNew bolts where also purhcased from toyota! upper and lower for both calipers!A new fuel filter was also fitted!Few engine modifications took place!relocated New HKS filter to frontgood old baileys chav valve fitted aswell as a rocker cover breather and some silly red hoses:)My little custom earthing kitSounds very nice on boost!Bodywork needs TLC, so i started on the little spots on bodywork, Good old dodo bits purchased. Also purchased myself some tar remover for the annoying little black spots on bodywork! Thanks for mattymax?on youtubei restored the yellow haze headlights to a better condition. drivers isnt as good as passengers so needs quick re go over.!Oh & new wheels Ps the white bit on my bumper is abit of velcro for plate attachment!New Oil ready to be put in!Comments & critism welcomed

lukEp
The bracket that were attached to the FMIC should have lined up to two bolt hole under the bottom cross member mate I didnt have to cut my bumper but it was 96spec
tez
I had to modify the top bracket to make it sit out more in cut outAnd then was two --- Welded straight shapes from bottom cross panel underneath intercooler so it's secure and ic sits on it. Win win.

tez
spoiler wasnt to my taste, the new owner got a bargain, im just happy i have a standard one now. After fitting the turbo back onto the car, it decided to shit itself and spit out oilcausing thisguessing i need them gaskets lolep91 Gearbox 60k off andy:)So the same day i got my spare turbo on,which is now on and running:)no oil, no smoke and im happy:)The car is currently running fine, but due to me going away for few weeks, will be garaged and battery taken off, so the alarm doesnt go off when my battery gets low.I havent drove the car properly apart from when purchasing the car, so carnt wait to get insured when i come back into the country. The speedo also decided to snap, after literally 1 mile max of driving. Internally. Which is weird, the cable was straight as possible with no kinks.so taking it back to toyota tomorrow and get one on warrenty.Current specBlue Braided Hoses all roundLower powerflex engine mounttoytuning front mount intercoolerHKS actuatorSwoosh boost gaugeHKS front relocated filterJAM ECUPorted manifoldCT9 turboBraided oil feedMagnacore leadsBlitz decatCustom 2.5 inch exhausttanabe sustec shocks & springsCusco Brake master cylinder stopperim happy with the spec ;)
