I'm planning on respraying all the interior and fitting some fresh soundproof sheetingNew panel needs to be welded on to replace this, which I'm gonna try to get done tomorrow!Only the bonnet, bootlid, doors and windscreen need to be taken off before I start preparing the bodywork for the new paint. Idrees Posted June 16, 2007 Author Share Posted June 16, 2007 I hope!Took the wiper off today, just prepping the bootlid, then though f*ck the wiper so just did this!The bootlid will be all smooth with just the Glanza plate surround Took the brake light out of the window too, because they don't come with Glanzas! It was abit of a b*stard but one of my mate has good welding skills, so thanks to him for giving me a big hand with it!The old and newAnd the new one inIt took about 3 hours for the whole job but worth it I've got about 6 holes at the back of my car from drilling the old spotwelds out now, which I'm gonna fill tomorrow.
