Clinternational
Turbine wheel got some weird marks Piston seal clip broken Allready got an oil return flange. Need to buy Oil feed line. Going to weld a pipe 13mm on the oil pan Some magnecore leads Mazda O2 sensor cleaned with an bang. Some explosion in the exhaust header caused my sensor to be cleaned. ( this happend because bad spark plugs ) My gearlever broke down ( autostyle short shifter ), had to go to the wreckersyard to get oem. Made a antitheft bracket for my Galaxy tab My exhaust slammed a few times against the trailer arms so going to check it. One shock was leaking. It had no function anymore. New ones. Want to have the springs and shocks to be oem. With the new ones it feels like new again rock solid Also the Spring cap's handled. There were extremly rusted :S threated with fertan Then thick layer of stone chips. Sprayd black and layer vernis Had some brake noise on the left side on the vehicle. I'd like to know why so This has a no go We have lent it out to someone who was working on his car that weight over the 3000 kilo's.The jack only goes to 2/ 1/2 ton Did fixed the elektric a day before. This will work tooo The piston pen in the caliper get stuck. Had to smash it real hard to get it out.The dustcover / rubber had a little hole in it. Lucky to have spares Cleaned the hole were the piston pen goes thru. Then used a old dustcover rubber that i had as a spare. Without an hole in it. add some new special grease ate New Cold air intake, ala PVC, my temperature probe that's in the intake manifold doesn't lie.PVC is beter for cold air, than the use of aluminium. Think of a slide made out of steel or plastic. and think that its 34 degree celcius outside. hihi.. wich one do you prefer.I've seen temperatures on my gauge that shows 35 to 50 degree celcius on a hot day. heat soak!!!! my aluminium went darn hot :S Adding an heat shield. cutting out the alu. Bend it a little 4mm As you can see the exhaust manifold is also wrapped with thermotec grapphite + heat shield gives good results. outside it's 12 degree celcius. My probe in the intake manifold measuring 15 degree celcius on the inside gauge in the car.Only tested this yet in the city. Haven't been outside or freeway yet. Also repainted the airbox. Yet to do Oil return and Feed.Good used shaft turbine for the T3Backplate T3Oversized Piston sealring.Internal or external wastegate.
maddox710
Your ingenuity is amazing! my very first car was a k11 nissan micra and I made a induction kit out of pvc pipe and it worked a treat over ally pipe counter parts
Clinternational
Aluminium is nicer for show use and looks. As plastic is ugly as it looks oem/cheap, Update!! Bought some 5 meters of copper pipe. Winding it arround a bigger tube. Must replace the 5 liter jerrycan for an aluminium one. mayby 5 or more litlres Placing the winded copper in front of the grill for good cooling. New place for the nozzle Overal view Today it was 19 degree celcius outside. My temp gauge in the intake manifold shows 17 degree celcius... Also is my low end torque improved. And economics too

Clinternational
Thanks for the reply Got the heating system done for the NOS Bottle....And a water tank that needs to be adjusted and some welding. Tank is a replacement for the plastic 5liter can im currently using. Kinda weird tank out of a hospital with an heating element in it said 9250 Watts Received from a neighbour. Gotto make it smaller to fit onder the hood. This is a 7 liter housing. Testing the heating element that i've made. Not to confuse with the other one out of the water tank. Using 2 x tee pieces 2 hoses goes thru the firewall So now the nos bottle can be installed into the car. And get proply heated so i've got more pressure in the bottle. Next im busy maken an 2 way 2E-E engine. Same as Toyota T-vis. But custom style butterfly valve. For high rpm.

Clinternational
Thank you for the reply's Going little further.60mm airfilter from an motorcycle. T piece out of sewer pipe ( shitpipe ) Fitting the throttle unit and filter to the T piece. ( temporary taped ) bolts thru the throttle body en taped the thread to the rounding on the tube. Stuff mounted into the car. RPM Window switch activates the VSV ( little red thingy that holds the connection of 2 vacuum lines 6mm ) at 4000 RPM, the extra throttle body goes open. And the extra amount of fuel thru a other potional meter will be activated. Car use only very much fuel at high rpm. and below it's very economic...The engine got a SuperB Low down torque ( duo to long lenght intake ) en short lenght for the power and torque in high RPM.It works like an T-vis system but a little bit better. I've found out that the long intake makes goood low down torque. And a short length good top end torque.after trying a lot of diffrent styles and lenghts in the past. A short length filter will be useless in the low down rpm range. ( have to wait until it comes up at the 4000 RPM )The TRD camshaft does the job now at low, mid and high rpm range . V-tech cars has the same comparrison. waiting for the rpm range where the car gives the kick in the back. Edited January 1, 2014 by Clinternational

Clinternational
Hi there, Well the rpm activator switch wasn't such a good idea afteral. Kinda enoying Instead of activating at the 4000 RPM, it will now be activated through an microswitch at wide open throttle. It needed the long thread as cil number 1 intake manifold got a m6 thread. You can see i welded an ball SS on the throttle thingy In the meanwile the VSV valve broke down. the orifice has disapeared. But did get a otherone there. Also some vids showing that the car is very economic. The wideband gauge shows 18 or - - - This is just an idle test, my car runs about 1500 RPM idle. As this is the best steady idle there is because of my TRD camshaft>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fIunDla_-qg As you can see if i shift the car a gear up, the wideband goes to 18 or - - - you can hear the rpm rising as it shows 18 on the widebandNormally the car consums very much fuel at shifting in the city. now it does the opposite>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zeQqK2LqTFY Edited January 22, 2014 by Clinternational
Clinternational
Pictures!!!!!! Boost gauge + Oil pressure gauge + AFR + AFR AEM UEGO widebandDigital Oil temp and water temp Did get another turbo T3 Turbine / T4 Super compressor. Custom 2mm restrictor Stainless steel Rivet used. 4way splitter. 1/8 BSPT To 1/8 NPT brass piece ( toyota engine has BSPT 1/8 so it seems.) New NOS nozzle + 0.36 JET. ( 75 HP shot ) Edited February 10, 2014 by Clinternational
Clinternational
New update update update update Bought High pressure cohline oil feed line with ss clamps ( oil filter between ) 4 way splitter. ( oil feed ) ( oil pressure sensor stock ) ( oil pressure sensor aftermarket pressure gauge ) It barely fit. some ptfe tape used. Had some time left, so polished the compressor housing inside Water pressure gauge for water injection so i will know when pump quits. Bought an Turbonetics wastegate:And checked the whole unit for leaks. Coated the orange gasket with teflon spray for 100% leakfree. Applyd some ss nuts, washers and bolts. Here you can see the spring, It's an 9 PSI one. Changed the springrate with an torch. Adding a vacuum hose tail It opens, Looks like a head exhaust valve but slightly diffrent. Spring shim was little busted. smashed it flat again. Busted the thread ( american thread ) Now it's metric M10 thread. New ss bolt and nut This is an really old turbonetic wastegate, But works 100% Opens instead of 9psi = 0.6 bar now 5 psi 0.35 bar. Reheating the spring with an clamp can adjust the function off the spring. There is a tial wastegate with the samen design. Bought an HKS SSQV GEN II And disambled the whole thing, then rebuilding it. Sanding, polishing painting spraying, oiling greasing etc. Gasket kit Wastegate flanges

mccartney11
how did you get electric windows? and how did you wire them up?
Clinternational
Electric window mechanism from the wreckyard off een DaihatsuThe ep7 door is ready for the electric motor plug and not play yet. Getting the gliders sorted out is very much work.Height needs to be adjusted, rails too. Took me few day's installing and adjusting.Wiring is easy. The switch is another story.Needed special switches. They transfer + - to - + To get the motor 2 way ( up down )

Clinternational
Yeahhh new page, finally Got some new shit. Volvo 60 amps fan got it from a wreckyard. It turns very fast vs twingo fan. Adjustable fan control Creating space Stainless steel 316 flange for the exhaust manifold. Friend of my copied the old manifold onto the scanner and printed it out, So i only have to cut the holes out. And draw them over. 10mm ( 1cm ) thick Darn not yet big enough Other side the same. ( it's very hard work and old skool ) Same size Oeps Toyota design square look a like exhaust outlet is kinda stupid, Old tripple core radiator from my ep8 Cut it down so i can get enough space for the turbo. Radiator is now 32cm 320mm How a tripple core looks like, I haven't seen it before. Heated the buttweld to make it look like an egg Other part of the big radiator is now an heat exchanger for the water to air intercooler Mig welding suxWith the powerdrill and stone i had to clean it. Crap, had to grind all that shit away Slave cilinder at the gearbox fails, it had 290.000 KM on it, it was from 1991. Nothing to blame. But it's a real challenge shifting without a working clutch haha. Eatin alive Some stuff New way It has become a monster. I have to admit my welding sux hahah. Welded on 160 amps wirespeed at 7Too much heat, But next one will be better as it is very difficult with exhaust port 1 and 2 next to eachother. When i was almost done, i had to cut an reweld again. Its a little bit messy;. Fixed this copper breach with propane torch and tin and flux and taped it. Grinding stuff Both welded These fans blows harder than my 12v volvo fan haha. These 2 will be cooling the heat exchanger from the intercooler. Grinding pipe Edited June 9, 2014 by Clinternational
Clinternational
More stuff OEPS I BROKE IT Shaft from the wastegate was damaged so when it opend it will still leak. Don't laugh please Yeah an heat exchange/radiator inside a car lolBehind the radiator u can see my CAR cinema set Logitech z5500 As i was walking on the wreckyard i saw some stuff Updating my cusco camber plates with new bearings and injector refresh kit. and 1 way valve, my map sensor does not accept boost at stationary rpm. OEPS SPARE!!!! Some stuff Custom boost controller with ball spring valve. To adjust the KKK actuator First time i washed the car.
