Glanza Al Posted February 23, 2008 Author Posted February 23, 2008 Well I have beem a very busy and very skint boy today! Decided it would be a good idea to get a set of 15" wheels for use on tracks, then put some toyo proxes on them, that way I only have to buy 1 set of good tyres a year, because theyre not going to have any road driving wear. Went on ebay, typed in "15 alloys" and there they were, good condition 15" Koseis with 4 good tyres, in DARTFORD! For the princely sum of £97 I picked them up this afternoon.Since picking them up I haver given them a "back garden stylee" refurb each, as funnily enough I dont have the tools I have at work at home. Also, I have painted them gloss black, me likey. Before:After:All opinions welcome guys.Cheers,Alex. Quote
Sparky Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Look kinda funky mate Looking forward to seeing them on the car Should of stuck some semi-slicks on there if they are just track wheels Quote
Idrees Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Look good, they looked quite nice in Silver too. Quote
scutch0 Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 liking them mate. they'll do you good for track wheels. Quote
Mikey Jay Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Mate, I hate you, I'm after 15's/16's for my carIf you see more silly cheap wheels, tell me (I don't actually hate you ) Quote
Galliano Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 look sweet mate... but are they curbed or is it the light? Quote
Mikey Jay Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Think it's the light reflecting off the paint Quote
Glanza Al Posted February 24, 2008 Author Posted February 24, 2008 They were kerbed yeah, like I said "back garden stylee" refurb so I did what I could. But hey theyre only for thrashing round tracks.Alex. Quote
