Quick update for all off you.

So I brought a externally gated manifold a couple of days before I was due to go away and get put on the dyno. I brought the manifold very cheap as it need welding a bit.

Found the first of many cracks. :/

Had to cut and twist the collector for the screamer as I fooled on the gear box.

Man at work do not disturb. :)

While I am running this current manifold I am have a new mani made up by a good friend of mine in high quality stainless steel. But for now I'm still running this manifold.

Went to jersey last week and put her on a dyno she made very good power consider the state of the manifold. Made 192bhp @ 0.6bar. Running td04 not mapped.

After fitting the manifould I could only get spring pressure and could figure out why this was happening as my gizzmo was not wanting to adjust boost.

Once back home I changed the two wires around and boom it worked. So I was very gutted when I could not run the boost at 1bar on the dyno.

Yer I know such a stupid mistake :/

Few pictures where taken at the dyno.

Had to remove the front bumper as it was scrapping slightly.

Shame about that mani dude it's a zisco right ? .That's the reason mine isn't wrapped don't want it cracking. I bet it was because of the decat / screamer mount and it being wrapped it cracked. I got advised to not wrap my man to stop it cracking. My mounts on the screamer and decat to the gear box was a right bastard to line up only used one bolt as couldn't get another one in. screamer for the win glad me and Chris made you want screamer fun after our trip to JAE lol :D

So after I had my little tickle with the back end of a van I have decide to keep the gt off the roads for winter and sort many things out.

First thing I want to do was to have a custom manifold.

The manifold has been made from 3.5

mm stainless steel.

Not complete finished yer but you will get a preset good idea.

Then the hard work starts.

Pretty insane manifold if I say so myself.

Want to thank kezajones for his hard work so far many more hours left on it still.

Watch this space.

Thanks people.

Can't wait to get this finished for you dude, i know its a fairly unconventional design but i think it was worth it to get the circle firing order and only having 45 and 90 degree weld elbows available to us. Oh yeah the pipe work is schedule40 1 1/4" so it has a wall thickness of about 3.5mm.
