Question, did you have the exhaust done before going TD04? Sounds mint!

Thanks mate!

Had it done before the TD04, the new TD04 downpipe has moved it slightly so I need to pop back and get Dean to adjust the rear hangers slightly.

May get a new backbox while I'm at it, not sure yet haha

Cool cool! Did the sound change much after TD04? (Screamer aside of course)

Just wondering as mine isn't quite as raspy as I'd like, though it's still only on a ported stock mani!

Why are you considering a new box?

I kept hitting fuel cut on CT9 so couldn't use all the Rev range, and was only on a standard manifold.

It's quite a lot louder now on TD04, going from the standard manifold to the WEPR one probably makes a fair difference too.

And I'm not just saying this because it's mine, but I do think it's one of the best sounding exhausts I've heard on a Starlet :)

Just want more of an angled backbox and mine's taken a beating from a few speedbumps etc haha

It does sound very good! Yeah mine has a nice angle, need to pull my finger out and post pics in my thread haha

I'm hoping the exhaust note does change when I change my turbo kit :D

Have you got a full system by Dean now?

And TD04 on the cards soon? :)

I have indeed! I hope so, it'll take me a while to piece all the bits together but it's that time of year again at WEPR

Ahh sweet!

And yeah perfect timing now ;)

Aww man why ?

James

Ah no way!

Have quite a lot of money saved up and from the Skyline too. As much as I love this and really want to get it on track, I really miss having a bigger car for every day. And me saying I want it as my track car probably means I'll do it twice and then call it a day...

Been wanting a JZX100 for a while now and can finally afford one! 1JZ time! :)
